The Corner Drafthouse

Enjoyed this Corner Drafthouse! Weston recommended the perfect Hazy IPA. I had the Cubano sandwich and let me just say it was the best pork and ham sandwich I have ever had! Worried about my cholesterol, I ordered a Caesar salad instead of fries and, just for the heck of it, asked for anchovies. Guess what? Anchovies we're on the salad!

I recently dined at Corner Drafthouse, and it was an exceptional experience. Chef Shaun Shauette and the staff made our visit truly memorable. I started with a lavender-infused gin and tonic, which was a delightful twist on a classic cocktail. The food was the highlight of the evening. The Buffalo cauliflower was a revelation, with just the right amount of heat and a crispy exterior. The nachos were loaded with flavor and toppings, making them a perfect appetizer to share. But the real star of the meal was the poke bowl. The freshness of the ingredients and the impeccable seasoning left me craving for more. The entire dining experience at Corner Drafthouse was a treat for the taste buds. I can't recommend this place enough for those seeking a delightful culinary adventure. Chef Shaun and the team have truly mastered the art of crafting delicious dishes that leave you wanting to return for more

This place is great. Good food, good service, ample drink options. Be aware when the Padres play, they have the game on, and the volume up! Not my fave, but I've been when there isn't a game and they play good tunes. The chicken and waffles is so good as is the beer cheese that comes with the pretzels (finished it off as a dipper for my fries).
