Food: amazing options, delicious, and the soup base is so aromatic.
I'm also thrilled they have added the AYCE (all you can eat) option!
Service: there could be a better way to call for service. It's very busy but I'm sure there are more efficient ways to put in a new order, or ask for more water, instead of flagging down a waitress who is overworked. Maybe digital orders with tablets like the Japanese Shabu places would be my recommendation.
Facility: this place needs to MOP their floors!!! Not only is it unsanitary but it is also extremely unsafe walking on the greasy, slippery tiles.
Overall very good experience, and I'll definitely be back again.

China's Famous Hotpot restaurant chain in San Diego. The restaurant offers delicious soup, good meat, fresh vegetables, and mushrooms. Tastes and services are always good 💯 😁.
Hotpot competition in southern California is getting higher. Another famous hotpot chains, Haidilao restaurant, is now in San Diego. My family likes this place very much and keeps visiting this place for delicious hotpot!!!

Shiiiii. Best hot pot in the city. Best selection with a great variety. 💯 such a gem. The food always comes out in a timely manner and the ingredients always look fresh.
Only downside is that on the busier nights, the wait can be pretty gruesome. Pro move, check the wait times here on the Yelp app to avoid that.
My absolute favorite thing about this restaurant, the lady behind the counter named Ling, always remembers my face as well as my friends faces. Ling always hooks it up with the best customer service.

One of my favorite places for lunch during the week. Their lunch special is a great deal. I normally can’t finish all of the food that comes with it. I got the lamb shoulder lunch special.

We order All you can eat, and it really worth it. Suggest to order Angus beef, that one is nice. And fish is also great.

The meat are definitely good. Hotpot for 2 with eat all you can and a bottle of sake cost us $100 which is not bad. I would recommend half and half soup base. I came here for the meat and they’re really good. Student discount are on Wednesday if you plan to go for discounted fee. Other ingredients are good as well but it depends on your taste. Service is good, they bring all the food u want at the same time and order more. You can eat as much as you can and get fat lol

Mongolian Hot Pot reminds me of an Asian fondue. The atmosphere is friendly and the food quality is top notch. I highly recommend the Angus Beef. The reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing confusion. If one person in the party chooses the hot pot option then everybody must choose the hot pot option. We had children with us that wanted to order A La Carte and could not. Aside from the pricing confusion we had a really good time and enjoyed some really good food. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

If I can give 10 stars, I would! 👍👍 Best hot pot place I've been to in America and still one of the best counting all the ones I've been to in China too!!! As a reference, I grow up in China, go to hot pot restaurants all the time, and cook it at home! Super fresh and high-quality ingredients (😍freshly made meatballs???!!! I was blown away. Not even many hot pot places in China do this anymore) and great service (accommodated all our requests quickly with smiles). The taste of everything was also really good, including the cold dishes. 😋Can't be happier and will definitely come back!!!

Generally, this is an AYCE hotpot place, but I am not much of an AYCE person, so I am only reviewing their lunch special (on weekdays).
Their weekdays' lunch special is pretty good at $15. (See my photos). For $15, you get to pick 1 protein (different cut of lamb, beef, pork, fish, etc... quite some choices), 1 or 2 soup bases (quite a few choices too), and it comes with some veggie, meatballs, and noodles..... i guarantee that it will fill you up....
