Doner Mediterranean Grill - San Diego - Photo album

Clean place great staff. Food is amazing. I will definitely come back again. If you're looking for Mediterranean in downtown San Diego, this is the place.
Convenient place to get gyros in Gaslamp downtown. Relatively simple menu and gyros are good enough. Priced a little higher than similar places but typical for the area. Being open late really makes it a great option for a quick bite when you're out in the area.
Haven't been here in over 6 years but damn it's good to be back! So happy to see this little shop made it through the pandemic. $14 for a MASSIVE gyro wrap that does NOT disappoint. Tabouli was fantastic as well. Bottled beer options to round out the meal :)
Greek salad was very fresh. Made with romaine. Loved the dressing! Housemade. Staff was great! Friendly, helpful with answering questions. Huge portions! Made right in front of you. Falafel wrap was delicious. Veggies were crisp and fresh. Garlic and Tahiti were tasty. Great spot for a quick, health
Open late, Really fresh, fast, and healthy! You can watch them make your food which I like. Very fun and passionate employees. I got the Greek Salad and it was so filling. Its one of the few healthy choices late at night.
Great service! I highly suggest whatever is being cut fresh off the spit. The pita doner was great- ask for extra tsaziki..it is tasty! The hot sauce wasn't very hot, bit had good flavor. Super nice guys!
The Greek salad was incredibly fresh, featuring romaine lettuce and a dressing that I loved—housemade perfection. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and helpful in addressing any questions. The portions were impressively large and made right in front of you. The falafel wrap was delicious, with
Great portion sizes, fresh food, and fast service! Gyro was delicious. The taste of the chicken wasn't great. Tahini sauce is too thin.
Great tasting well priced food. I've had many gyros and this one was delicious. Pistachio baklava is not my favorite version of baklava but it was done very well. This a great place to get a healthy a quick bite.
Kebab shop used to be our go to. And it's still good but man this place has the up and up on the chicken Schwarma. I had a beef Doner box and my wife the chicken Schwarma plate. My Doner box was good but I didn't know it was a simple box. Aka fries and meat. I had a kebab shop precedent. This is di
This place is a block away from where I work in the gaslamp quarter. I was intrigued because all over Germany (where I grew up) you see doner kabob places. So I went here one day and they have these things on the menu called boxes. And what it is, is very very yummy french fries topped with either c
The Greek salad at this establishment was incredibly fresh, featuring romaine lettuce. The dressing, which was housemade, was particularly enjoyable. The staff members were outstanding, providing friendly service and readily answering any questions. The portions were impressively generous, and it wa
As a German, where Döner is all over the country I can say this was very good. Very delicious and spicy. Made just like in Europe
I ordered a falafel plate, which included falafels, rice, tabule, hummus and pita bread, plus two sauces (to my surprise none of them had dairy) Pita bread was soft, fresh baked. Hummus was creamy and tasteful. Rice was very well cooked and seasoned. Tabule was fresh. Falafels were crispy on the out
Nice décor, friendly staff, and good food. The chicken plate was fantastic and cheap. The beef plate was not as good but still above average. I will totally come again.
Incredible gyro meat and hummus. Best Döner in the city!
