Came all the way from Miami to check out their craft. beer selection and WOW! Really good blonde beer and the service was superb!
I love SD Beer Company. It's my go to sports bar. They have great drink specials, as well as food specials. The servers are always friendly. They also deserve a shout out for hosting painting parties with Painting & Vino, which is great fun. Definitely recommend.
Wow! This place was just across the street from our hotel. We checked the menu and had very decent prices on pints as well as dishes. The food was amazing! Great personal sized pizza selection and nice beers. I love the layout of the pub. If I go back to SD again this place is on my list. It's right up there with my favorite Portland brew pubs. Forgot to mention the martin and service were very nice also.
The food here is pretty good, and there's quite a bit of variety. I've always enjoyed the meals I've tried, the last being the Chicken & Broccoli pasta. As a micro-brewery, there's also a large selection of beers brewed on site. The Happy Hour prices are great, but they're hard to catch from 3pm-6pm
I work upstair in this building and the employees at The Beer Co. always treat me with such nice service. They always have new beers on draft that are always strong and tasty. Been here a few times and enjoy it. The cocktails are good, the pretzel appetizer is so tasty, and it's got a nice casual vibe; usually a good crowd but not too busy, great to stop in and watch a game.
Ive eaten here several times and have never had an issue. The staff is usually friendly and happy to be there. It's never been really busy when I've gone in there, which I don't know why... They have several TVs for sports and aren't over priced.
Very good house batch micro-brews. A couple of award winners by the brewmaster! Staff is friendly, lots of TVs for sports games, and a MASSIVE bar area to choose your spot without sitting at a table. Beer battered onion rings & fries are delicious.... I'd stay away from the Southwestern eggrolls tho
I love the house beer! Premium beers might be a little expensive and pizzas are ok. The wings are really good and the service is excellent. Knowledgeable manager (sonny) and nice tv's for sports. Recommended.
The sliders were tasty, so was the wheat beer. Brownie with ice cream was epic. Great music (80s and 90s rock and punk). A bit loud, but tolerable. Good service.
The PageLadder office is located directly above the San Diego Beer Company. Everyone in our office loves to 'go downstairs' and have lunch here almost daily it seems. The general manager is always around to say what's up and the rest of the staff is wonderful.
