My wife and I go here every week. It’s not nearly as expensive as you may think! The food to begin with is reasonably priced and tastes great. If sign up for their app, you get a free appetizer and every $75 spent gets you $5 in credit to use on your next meal. You also get incentives like during Christmas you can buy $100 in gift cards and get up to $30 in extra gift cards included . If it’s not Christmas, then you can get gift cards from Costco at $79.99 for $100 worth of gift cards. Back to the food, their Chicken Tequila fettuccine is pretty good BUT! If you have them add some bacon to it! OMG, it transforms the whole taste and makes it possibly my most favorite pasta dish ever. I also love their Cedar Plank Salmon. I drizzle lime over the fish and vegetables. I am very surprised that the Salmon dinner only has about 700 calories, you’d never know. My wife likes the BBQ Chicken Salad. As of this review, if you go during happy hour 3-5pm, they have half priced appetizers and other food/ drink specials. Their deserts are good too. They have a seasonal Strawberry Shortcake w/ice cream desert that is definitely enough for two and out of this world. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. If you combine gift cards, their app benefits, and happy hour specials, you actually save a sizable amount of money……making this place very affordable with great food!

I've been to this location twice in the last 30 days. I'm sorry I forgot the first waiter/bartender's name but he & Steve were both very kind, quick servers and despite being busy/short staffed made sure to come check on our table. I'm so happy that the original Italian chopped salad is back. It's been a go to for 20 some years for my family! Also love the lunch special, where you can get a personal pizza and salad, as well as other combinations. I'll be back after the holiday craze.

The things it has going against it are that it's part of a chain and chains are not always consistent. But that said, the dish that I had with the tequila chicken fettuccine was amazing. It was different. It was light and I really enjoyed the meal. I was with two friends and we were seated right away so I had no complaints

California Pizza Kitchen helped raise funds & awareness for the animals rescued by Lions Tigers and Bears & volunteers are very thankful. The BBQ chicken pizza is awesome & addictive! Service / employees are really cool. And I've ordered 4 pizzas in 2 days, adding pineapple. So good! It's downstairs under the movie theater in Fashion Valley Mall.

I love coming here for the Mac n cheese. I don’t come here often but when I do it’s always a fun time with friends! They have great alcoholic beverages and tasty food. The one thing that I’ve noticed with this location in particular is that it always seems dark and warm inside. I’m sure it’s just because of the kitchen. I also feel like they have there waiters waiting on way too many tables at a time but regardless of how many tables they do a pretty good job at making sure you are taken care of!!

The crust was just right—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It definitely satisfied our pizza cravings. The bacon added a delightful smoky taste, complementing the other ingredients perfectly. It was a definite highlight of our meal. The shrimp scampi was another winner. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and the scampi sauce had a wonderful blend of garlic and butter flavors. It was a delightful dish that left us wanting more. To top it all off, we indulged in the Birthday Sunday, and it was the perfect sweet treat. The combination of ice cream, toppings, and sauce created a delightful explosion of flavors. It was a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion. Overall, our experience at California Pizza Kitchen was fantastic. The food was undeniably delicious, and each dish we tried left us impressed. The pizza, club sandwich with bacon, shrimp scampi, and Birthday Sunday were all exceptionally tasty. The restaurant provided a great dining atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive.
