Sushi meets Mediterranean meets San Diego! This place is so delicious! I love how expansive the menu is yet so creative. We tried the pasta gnocchi, sushi rolls, and they did not disappoint. The interior of the restaurant was also super cute and felt upscale. I will definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego. The food is fresh, flavorful, and seasoned well !! The service is great too. The Spaghetti Lobster has a chokehold on me !!

Note: They have a great happy hour. However, always a good pick for wine and dinner with great ambiance for conversation. Reservations on weekends and holidays a must but if you start earlier, a seat at the bar is great. A few glasses of Daou here and I’m always a happy girl.

Visited on a Friday night with a small group of friends. The food was consistently good, and dessert portions were notably generous. Cocktails added to the positive experience. Overall, a solid choice. However, the service left room for improvement. Spending over $100 per person on food, we expected a higher level of attentiveness, especially considering the restaurant wasn't at full capacity. Three members of our group tried the Duck, Duck, Goose and found it excellent. I opted for the scallops, which were good but fell short of amazing, especially considering the price point of over $15 per scallop. While I wouldn't rule out a return visit, it doesn't top my list of must-revisit places, as I believe I can find outstanding food elsewhere for the same cost, whereas the fare here was simply very good.

First time in this restaurant, we went without a reservation but I definitely recommend to make one. Food took long time to arrive but it was worthy the wait, Also is understandable since it was Friday dinner time and the place was packed. Overall service was pretty nice and place and atmosphere very pleasant.

Nice location that serves fine dining, but allows you to be casually dressed as well. Food was good, but the price point was slightly higher for the proportions of some of the items. The crab app was tasty but overpriced for the quantity.

Atmosphere and service was great but the food and drink was not worth the price. To rephrase that, appetizers were ok, but some of the main dish were not appropriately priced. Don't get me wrong, I spend alot of money on fine dining, but the food here was just ok. Duck tostada was salty...and the roll I got was served on a bone shaped dish, but all I could taste was the sauce "supposedly a bone marrow butter." The cocktail our server recommended was great, some of us got seconds, but they put way too much ice and after a few sips, they were gone...

We visited San Diego and were staying in the Gas Lamp district. With this being a short 5-minute walk from our hotel, we gave it a try! The ambiance and food/drinks were amazing. The service was slightly slow but still had a great experience overall.

Yet another gem in San Diego! Great atmosphere, delicious food. We were graciously welcomed with a glass of bubbly. Service was friendly and offered some excellent suggestions. A beautiful marriage between sushi and surf and turf. I wish we lived closer, there were so many other dishes I would have loved to try.

This is definitely a date night spot, and it's a great location. The ambiance was giving chill/moody. Like you don't have to put on your Sundays best, but also, if you did, it wouldn't be doing too much. It was quiet and romantic, nice for conversations 😌. The service was top tier, and our waitress was super knowledgeable about the menu and helped us celebrate our special occasion. The food was good, but all the items seemed to have a running theme of spice. The menu is small and unique.
