The Sandbox Pizza & Wings - San Diego - Photo album

I love their new large location. There's plenty of room for big parties and they have two bars and a pool table in the back. The old place was so small and crowded I never went again, glad to see they've expanded. Their Pizza is really good, lots of cheese! I also got a surprisingly very good margar
This place was great, i had been looking for a delicious pizza and this place got the spot. The atmosphere was chill and they had love music, i don't remember his name but this guy was playing a bunch of instruments by himself, amazing voice. I Went on a sat 4/29. The tots were not too greasy and co
Mylene was amazed and the food, atmosphere and it's SAN DIEGO!!!! My daughter Madison got inspired for her comic from our server, I think it was the Cheeto PizzašŸ‘ŒšŸ˜
If your a carnivore, you will love the Hungry Surfer! Incredible! Do yourself a favor and get the biggest pizza for leftovers. Your going to regret it if you donā€™t!
One of my favorite places in PB! Food is amazing, every time. Highly recommend a watermelon sugar drink! Atmosphere is such a vibe and love when they have live music. All of the servers I've had have been wonderful.
Iā€™ve been here 4 times so far. I keep getting the wings, so I canā€™t comment on the rest of their menu. I like the interior and the outdoor seating. Nice casual atmosphere and friendly employees. Next trip Iā€™ll try something else in the menu and update this review.
Probably the best pizza crust I have had. Ever. Pizza itself was delicious, but something about this crust made me want to just get a crust by itself. Kids had the spaghetti with meatballs and mozzarella sticks and both had a great flavor. Service was impeccable and the environment was well decorat
I love this restaurant for the food, the atmosphere and the most positive bathroom I have ever been in. I am blown away at the fact I went into this bathroom not knowing what treasures it will hold and the feeling of tiredness that led me to not feel well about myself after a long workout. However,
Their buttermilk pizza is one of the most delicious pizza I have had in San Diego. I have tried it several times, never disappointed.
Great spot for to have a few beers and some delicious pizza at. They have live music (not sure how often). I got my laptop on the weekend and worked here and the vibes were perfect. They give you the option of doing a half and half pizza so I tried the tree hugger and buttermilk ranch. Both were ver
Great place! I thought it was reasonably priced for LaJolla area. I got the fried shrimp which was really good!
The best pizza in PB! Depending on what day you go, they have great entertainment and amazing specials. I highly recommend the Tony Soprano. If you go on a weekend, you might have to wait a little longer for service, but they really put effort in here.
We decided to dine at this establishment for dinner, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We started with a Caesar salad, which was absolutely amazing. The wings we ordered were also delicious, and the portion size was satisfying. However, the real star of the evening was the large pizzas we
Sandbox was better when it was on Grand Ave. PB Cantina (its predecessor) was a better bar and a better place to watch Boston sports. Pizza is fire but definitely on the expensive side. Also I've been sitting at this bar for like 10 minutes (not that busy) and nobody has served or even acknowledged
New place is great! TVā€™s with sports, people watching and a cool inside vibe. The pizza was good, the calzone was great. We had the Tony Sopprano, hot Chicken wings and the BBQ betsy calzone. We really liked the atmosphere in here!
We just tried the sandbox the other day for the first time and we loved it. We were there on Father's Day and they had some amazing drink specials. Normal prices on their drinks are decent. My wife has some dietary restrictions in custom ordered a salad which they were happy to make for her and she
I'd give the food 4.5 stars. Wings were great, same for the parm pillows, wedge salad, chocolate chip cookies and cinn/icing pillows. The calzone was the only item that I would say wasn't a knockout (only 4 star). The filling was great on the center section but the pie slice (wedge) on either side w
This is the best pizza restaurant in San Diego. Every time we visit, we stop here. It has become a tradition. The wings are to die for, every flavor is the perfect amount of sauciness. The Tony Soprano is the best pizza weā€™ve had so far. Canā€™t wait to try a new flavor next trip!
This is where I go whenever Iā€™m visiting San Diego to catch a game, play pool, or just hangout and have a beer. Great service and good food - especially love the wings! Wish the Niners had won though.
