I found a great ice cream place in North Park, San Diego. They have a nice variety of flavors, and the quality of their ice cream is quite good. They source their ice cream from different places, including Hawaii. I’m looking forward to trying their black sesame flavor, which I’ve heard is really good. Service was very kind and friendly

Great flavors, a few non dairy options. The ube + cookies (df) was so yummy. Only feedback is waffle cones were on mapley and hard side, so it became hard to eat at the bottom

workers very nice, lots of vegan options, sorbet a lil icy but vegan chocolate was very creamy, they let me use the restroom :)), i pad does not ask for tip so good for people who get anxious about that

Seriously some of the best ice cream I've had in a while, workers were extremely kind and that Chamango thing I got was pure candy - I could go for a gallon of it. The lady is lactose intolerant but she risked it for some cookies and cream, it's that good.

I really enjoyed visiting this ice cream shop. Not being a local, I thought their “ice cream cone flight” was awesome. They serve you mini scoops in mini cones (they have cake and sugar cones to choose from). They have many flavors to choose from, so the flight lets you try many (from 1 to 32).
My favorite was the Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Cool place. Great service. Delicious homemade ice cream.

All you can say about this place is that the icecream is fantastic. Im not sure what they do differently then the other icecream places, but the taste is so smooth and good.
The best thing, (besides the icecream) it's that the place is simple. You can sample the icecream in 2 different ways.
1. The first, is to get the little sample spoons.
2. Buy the little vanilla cones (my favorite).
This is a great idea, because the cones add to the flavor of the icecream.
3 finally single flavor milk shake.
Hammonds also has Vegan flavors as well.
My personal favorite is a 2 scoop cake cone with the brown sugar flavor with simply chocolate on the bottom in the cup.
This a place that needs to be on your bucket.

Very good ice cream! Creamy and soft. Had the Mini Flight of 4 waffle cones. Had green tea, Thai tea, Elvis, and Banana Storm. Definitely recommend the mini flights if you dont eat a lot of ice cream!

Hammond's ice cream is delicious! They're the only ice cream parlor I've visited that offers an ice cream flight. That is, they offer small scoops of ice cream in tiny waffle cones. The flavors are creative and delicious, and the waffle cones are excellent. They're also open late which is apparently hard to come across for an ice cream shop. Would eat again.
