Lolita's - San Diego - Photo album

Lolita’s near Petco Park is a clean and reasonably priced spot for when you are near the park. Being downtown, they don’t have assigned parking so you’ll either need to find street parking which can be difficult or take a ride share. We have been there a few times and service has been hit and mis
I go between 3 and 4 stars here. The food is reasonably good. I really like the asada fries. Probably one of their best items. The rice is very bland. Mexican rice is usually fragrant and flavorful. I'd give them 3.5 stars if I could. Not a bad place to grab a bit, but by no means the best Me
Super affordable and yummy eats here at Lolita's! Got a chicken enchilada meal and dressed it myself with some of their special salsa verde. On a separate occasion, came in and had some Carne Asada Fries that were absolutely divine.
Was out taking a stroll and wanted Mexican for lunch. I had heard about Carmelita's Kitchen de Mexico. Google showed that they were open, however they were closed so I walked across the street to Lolita's Mexican Food. I'm glad I did. My meal was delish. The staff was friendly and assisted me with a
Great Mexican food! Just far enough from the convention center to not be packed, but just a short walk. Generous portions!
This place is so delicious . It’s really hard to find amazing Mexican food. I ordered a chicken chimichanga and it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. It was humongous and had the proper amount of meat, cheese, guacamole and sour cream! So good. The next time I am in town, I will most certainly be goi
I recently grabbed some tacos and quesadilla at this venue nearby Petco park. It was very clean, the service was friendly, and my food was great. They had plenty of table seating in their dining area at a lot of space to sit at their bar. I noticed they also had a lot of TVs with sports playing too.
We went after a Padres games, and it was obviously super busy. I definitely plan to revisit when it’s not so crowded to see if the food is any different. Also, I want to try other items from the menu. I’ll say, despite the crowd of fired up and probably mostly drunk customers, the staff was friendly
Visiting from out of town doing some work down here so I decided to hit up Lolita’s you’re gonna love it atmosphere is nice right across the street from the stadium home cooking this out of this world quick service friendly can’t go wrong especially during lunch break. I love TVs to watch your favor
Amazing food! Best shrimp taco I’ve ever had! Great quality food, large portions and awesome service! I would highly recommend getting the loaded fries. During my visit in San Diego, I had Mexican food at 3 different restaurants and this is by far the best in town!
Delicious Mexican food! Very friendly staff. We had the deluxe breakfast burrito and it was amazing! Big and fresh! The salsa bar is a nice touch so you can add green onions, radishes or salsa! The guacamole is great on their fresh nacho chips as well. A must visit if you're in the San Diego downtow
Solid rice, solid beans, solid meats. Delicious Mexican fare as you'd expect in San Diego. Decently cheap and a good variety of items on the menu. I was particularly impressed by the corn tortillas—they were quite delicious. Not sure how busy it gets but there was plenty of seating available when I
Taste is pretty good, but this order of shrimp-steak nachos is deceiving. After eating my way through the top layer underneath is a whole lot of chips with nothing on them. At $17 if they had put a little bit more ingredients I would have given 5 stars. I recommend this business.
Service was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself is pretty clean and spacious. Pricing is pretty cheap, and portion sizes are large. The food itself can be a little bland, though liberal amounts of either salsa they have can fix that to some extent.
The place was packed at lunchtime on a weekday. With good reason, tacos are small a man will probably need four or five in a woman 3 to be satisfied. But they only cost $2 per taco. I had the pollo asada and would give 3/5 in terms of taste. Fountain drinks also available. New outdoor seating. And J
Went there at the opening, before heading to greyhound station, that is 10 mn walk away. Took the deluxe breackfast and the chorizo burrito. Definitely recommend the deluxe one, with its meltting cheese, tasty ham, and potato in it. Rhe chorizo one was average, didnt really tasted the chorizo in it
Lolita’s is a good stop to eat after the padres game or walking around. The food isn’t authentic mex food, is more modern fresh food. Good customer service and the establishment looks clean as the dining area. Burritos are a good size with all the right proportions, rolled tacos and chicken tacos ha
