We went to dine on Christmas eve. We were seated right away but wasn't waited on for 25 minutes. We thought we were forgotten about so my mom asked a manager. Walter (manager) came to our table right away. Very apologetic and took our order right away. He was so attentive throughout our dine. He gave us free dessert and 10% off for our troubles. Thank you so much Walter! You made our night! I wish you the of luck throughout your manager career at Red Lobster.

We decided to come here because we had a gift card and they have all you can eat shrimp for $27 per person. We definitely made the most out of the gift card! I highly recommend the coconut shrimp and the dragon shrimp they were so good. Nothing was bad, our server was funny, they just placed us in a weird corner of the restaurant but I don't know if that had to do with the waiter seating arrangements or not. I cannot complain, there was lots of parking, and the cheddar bay biscuits are to die for! My drink was very cute. I got the holiday sangria which had edible glitter and cranberries in it! So fun. Will be coming here again!

When we walked in, smell of bathroom is noticeable. Before we even saw the hosts, the bartender, Esiah, welcomed us warmly and invited us to sit at the bar for dinner. Food was quick and cooked well. He is very helpful with choices and even made suggestions. Music volume is just right. Atmosphere is warm. It was a pleasant dining experience despite the smell. Thanks to the great customer service!

The lobster tail and crab legs taste good, but there is a residual smell of seafood in the store

A well-priced chain restaurant. The food was good, with the exception of my wife's steak being overcooked. Greeter, waitress and server were nice and efficient. The atmosphere was underwhelming, a bit old, and smelled a bit too much of cheese or something.

Had all you can eat shrimp. I highly recommend the dragon shrimp and Walt's favorite! Couldn't stop myself. Also had and amazing lady bartender who was extremely helpful with our drinks and great service. Also had a great server at the table that had great food recommendations. Will absolutely return.

The $20 shrimp promotion is a fantastic deal. All four flavors that I tried were delicious. My colada margarita was refreshing and my server was very attentive. 5 Star

Needless to say the food is great. A bit salty sometimes but I don’t mind. The waiter was super nice and thorough. We would apologize to him and the management for staying longer than usual as that it was a 34 year reunion after Junior high. Certainly we will go there again when we are back to San Diego.

We did the endless shrimp for $20. It was way better than I expected. Coconut shrimp was a 10/10 the Pina Colada dipping sauce 10/10. The Grilled Shrimp skewers 10/10. We also got the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp that was amazing when you added pepper. The service was great. 2 things they can improve on is the smell. Most of the place smells like a dirty rag. You get used to it, but it's not pleasant. And they have a little screen at the table for games and ordering. They have the same thing at Yard House. You can play games while you wait for food for free. Why wouldn't it be that they are corney games that everyone has on there phone. Not at Red Lobster they charge you $2 that they slip in on the bill. Then you go back to see why, and in the top right corner in the smallest print, it says $2 to play. Give me a break. lol, what a gimmick. That's just my experience. I haven't been to Red Lobster in 20 years, but the Endless Shrimp was well worth it.

Unfortunately I have been disappointed with my local Red Lobster in Chula Vista CA multiple times . I decided to try another location in San Diego 20 further north. Red Lobster 0519 3700 Sports Arena, San Diego 92110 Check#60353. Table 51 Server Colleen K Wow, I was impressed with my experience. The hostess was friendly and found me a booth quickly. I was also shocked that a manger also greeted me. The best part was the friendly and attentive service from Colleen. She interacted with other guest and made the atmosphere light and enjoyable. All associates seemed like they indeed wanted to be there and you can feel a positive moral. The biscuits were freshly baked and all the shrimp dishes I tried were excellent. I will definitely continue to drive further to this location.
