This was our second time eating at Breakfast Republic. My wife had the Cafe De Olla which she enjoyed (she's a coffee person) and I had the ice tea. Great place for Sunday brunch but you better get there early because there will be a crowd. The food is good and the variety of dishes is also good. Dishes include shrimp and grits to breakfast tostadas…the atmosphere is great and our server Kyla is the best there is.
Small but quaint-feeling location in Liberty Station. It can get pretty busy so I definitely recommend early on a weekend or during a weekday if you can. We sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table and had the BEST server! She was whipping up drinks left and right while also giving us great service. She recommended dishes to us and made sure we were taken care of. We both really enjoyed our food, especially the burrito and breakfast Sammie!
Definitely the best breakfast restaurant I've been to in the area. They have a wide variety of options on the menu to choose from. I chose the Churro Pancakes, the Bottomless Strawberry Lemonade, and a couple of sides to include the Seasonal Fruit. Everything was delicious and brought out to the tab
