Pizzeria Luigi - San Diego - Photo album

We tried 3 different slices and all were on point. The Crime Scene slice was fantastic, the Leonardo (mozz, Parm, pesto) even better than it looked. Loved the vibe and had great service when we were there. Excellent NY style pizza in San Diego!
The food was so good. Crispy, crunchy crust, flavorful sauce and cheesy, just like pizza is suppose to be. Everything was made to order so we did have to wait but it was well worth it! Highly recommend. The decor was like a record store, skate shop and pizzeria all mixed into one and it was just rig
Love love love this place!! Literally hands down best pizza joint. Love their Ranch Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Pepperoni Pesto Ricatta
Best pizza by the slice in San Diego. The crime scene is my favorite. No air conditioning so the building can get very hot inside (especially for the employees working !!!) but there is plentiful outdoor seating. Fast service + decent prices.
The pizza here is great. I do advise that if you don’t like your pizza burnt or too hot ask them to not leave them in too long. They warm up the slices before giving them to you. I have kids so they take that into consideration and leave them in the over for a short time. Other than that pizza is gr
We love this place! The pizza is so delicious. We get the spicy kevo. Usually do take out.
I've been coming here for years on weekend for a couple slices of cracker crust or thin crust pizza after a visit nearby to the SD Zoo or Balboa Park visit. Definitely recommend a visit if you like thin crust pizza since there's a variety to pick from and even some veggie options.
Great NY style slice spot . Feels like a classic slice spot . Good beer selection , decent prices . Service was friendly and fast . My go to slice here other than the classic cheese is the White Girl - spicy chicken bacon ranch .
If you've never eaten pizza from Bronx NYC then you don't know what great pizza is. I found Luigi's a few years ago & their pizza is on the money. It's delicious. I have to be honest I've only eaten their pizza, but I bought a spinach roll today. OMG I'm in heaven. Tastes better then calzones from t
This place is incredible! Parking wasn't too easy but only had to walk half a block. Walked in and told the guy at the counter we had never been there since we were on vacation. He explained everything and we got a bunch of slices to try. He then through in a slice of a different one we opted not to
Pizza was very tasty. Lots of varieties and I didn't have any concerns about any reheating mentioned in previous reviews. It's a dive bar, not a pizza parlor with lots of big tables. Our group of six had to cobble some tables and chairs together and try not to get in anyone's way. Still, great pizz
I love this little pizza joint! The pizza is so good!!! I absolutely love the spinach and ricotta one. Grab a beer and sit in the patio. I also love that its thin crust. Very chill vibe and atmosphere.
Nice pizza place. Pizza slices are quite good. Parking is scarce, possible to park a block or so away from the place. Few seats inside and a few outside. Not much shade on the outdoor seating depending on the time of day. If you are an artist of writing so to speak, the bathroom here will be a tagge
All around great experience. The pizza was 🔥 and the atmosphere was super chill and inviting. I will definitely be returning next time when visiting Golden Hill!
Great service. Gave us first time customer discount. Kids got free drinks. He wanted to offer me free beer! Had to turn it down cuz I'm driving. Pizza was great. It was crispy. All different toppings. Great place to get thin crust pizza!
Good tasting pizzas! Not too many options if you're not buying the box, though, but still several options available. I don't live in the area anymore, but I still drive to this restaurant because of how good these pizzas are.
