This place was great. My wife and I loved everything about this place. The food was excellent as well as the service. We'll definitely be back soon. Try the tomahawk steaks if you're in the mood for meat sweats 🤤

We were there for brunch for a party of 20+. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. The food was fresh and hot and very tasty. Our servers were very attentive. We will definitely be back.

A classic steak house in the Kearny Mesa area. I was there for an event so food was buffet style. Good but not quality served in the dining room.

Great spot for steak. The service is great and it has an old school vibe to it. The steak was good but not great. I have been here twice. Once about 5 years ago and I have about the same experience. Still it's worth a try if you like going to different steak house joints.

We're from the Midwest and have traveled here twice in two years whole visiting San Diego. The food has been delicious, the drinks strong, and the service on point. Definitely a must go to spot!

Attended a catered event. The atmosphere is very nice, reminiscent of classic Las Vegas steak house. The salad was very fresh and tasty with an excellent dressing. The steak was fantastic. Tender, juicy, and served medium rare, which is something I usually I don't prefer, but this was a treat. The mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and very fresh. Service was prompt and pleasant. Great place to host a catered event.

I must tell you I have been going to the butcher shop for well over 40 years. I noticed before Covid they had a massive falling off and the food and service was not good at all. Now let’s fast forward to today. I went there with a group of friends, and it was an awesome experience. The food was absolutely perfect and so were the waitresses. I can’t tell you what the new owner whoever they are has done to this restaurant, but the butcher shop is back! The food was reasonably priced compared to other steakhouses, but the quality was top-notch. Do yourself a favor and return to this restaurant for an excellent meal as I just did.
