Cold Beers And Cheeseburgers

Definitely the place to go if you love a good burguer and if you know your beer. The beer selection is also wide and good. They have the Franziskaner wiesen Bier draft! Bartender Stephanie is for sure a professional, kudos to her! To be honest, I was way more comfortable and the food was better than in other Gaslamp Quarter upscale places in San Diego.

So Many T.V.s! No seat is a bad seat. I came to catch the end of the AL series. Sat at the bar, immediate service from both bartenders working. Pittsburger was DELICIOUS! It had roasted romato, fries, and coleslaw on it. So good! I might try to come back for their build your own burger, unlimited topings on Wednesdays. I think every day had a different promo, but most were only until 3pm. Still thinking about that Pitsburger....

I'm staying at a nearby hotel in the gaslamp quarter. I walked around and perused my food options. I noticed this restaurant had the highest rating of all the nearby eateries. I was immediately greeted by the hostess. I sat at the bar where I was greeted by the bartender Nicolle. She was friendly, attentive, and made this solo traveler feel welcome. She also knew the menu and the beer options. They do have many craft beer options. These can be viewed as I took a photo of the food and drink menus. I had a burger with a side of mac&cheese, and it was delicious! Good spot!

Wow! This place is awesome. Go there now if you can. We had wings. They were really good. We had burgers. This was the best burger I've ever had. I know...probably unlikely at a little known bar, but trust me. Sweet potato tater tots were small and crispy and so good. They gave them to us in a big bowl. This place is creative and has witty signs and marketing including shirts and hats. Even the bathroom had some fun signs. The place was relatively clean. The service was fantastic. What more could you want?

This place is a must do in San Diego. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the burgers they serve are ridiculous. We stumbled on it last year and on our return trip this year we returned. Great food. Great staff. Excellent prices. Super atmosphere (sports bar). Very good drink menu. Come hungry and order the O-Lineman burger. See pic.
