Great brewery in Downtown San Diego. Beer was good. Bartendar was super friendly. I've read this place gets packed on game day but I guess we lucked as it wasn't busy at all.

Overall great experience at Half Door Brewing Company. Food was delicious, service was great (however not crazy busy) and the environment was fun.
I had an Irish mule to drink which was AMAZING. We only got apps and sharing plates...the entrees looked delicious however. We enjoyed the BBQ Flatbread & pretzel bites the most.

Went for the beer, which was great. But the amazing food really did it for us. We thought we'd have a few appetizers, but our whole group ended up eating. Definitely recommend the fish & chips.

The flight of 6 beer costs only like 16 dollars, which is a very nice price in this area, love it.

Good food. Great beer. Even better service. I got the Hoban House and the pretzel bites, and loved both. Bonus: they have wifi if you want to do a bit of work in a great spot.

I booked here for a rehearsal dinner. The food and atmosphere were great. All of my guests had a great time. They were so easy to work with and very responsive and accommodating, modifying dishes to have options for my vegan/vegetarian guests. The price was great for my budget. They were super easy to work with as I am not local to the area, so long distance coordination was great.

This brewery // restaurant is just behind PETCO Park. They have a bar food menu but high quality. Irish ☘️ cheese on the shepherd’s pie 🥧 in a deep bowl. Come here when there’s no event at PETCO Park!

I loved the atmosphere,rustic and cottagey. The bar staff was very accommodating as she recommended a few different beer choices. I had their burger which was delicious along with the fries. Great stop for a beer mixed drink and food.

Super cool and chill brewery just off the Gaslamp. Went there last year and had great beer and food. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Will return on our next visit to SD!

Super solid spot for some beer and food! Loved the atmosphere and overall vibe. They even comp the beer that I didn’t totally like (though all the other beers were great!).
