Great vibe in the center of Little Italy. Bruschetta with ricotta cheese and prosciutto was among the best. Spicy seafood pasta was also fresh and delicious.

We highly recommend Civico 1845, it’s our favorite restaurant in Little Italy. The food is excellent, and the restaurant vibe is very fun. Staff is friendly and they have good service. We are glad they have several vegetarian options. We ordered soup, lasagna, and mushroom fettuccine. All very tasty!

we are 3 Italians in their late 20’s visiting from NJ/NY…. Pasta was homemade, meals & cannolis phenomenal. We’ve been having a tough time, finding good Italian food in California and San Diego. But happy we ended up at this restaurant!

So many amazing vegan options!! Started with fresh bread and pesto (both happen to be vegan) and then I had the vegan lasagna and my partner had a chicken dish. We both had a version of tiramisu (mine being vegan) and we both ordered a different tequila drink-both delicious! Save room for dessert and get the tiramisu…you won’t regret it. The vegan one was the best version I’ve ever had!!! Great service (thank you Marcello P), cozy inside and delicious food! We can’t wait to come back!

This establishment is well rounded and offers a diverse array of cuisines. Civico is very friendly to the vegan family, for there are multiple vegan cuisines to choose from. The ingredients were of excellent quality and fresh; they also have vegan desserts. I recommend this establishment to the vegan community and, of course, their original Italian cuisines appear fresh and well presented; judging by the number of customers, their cuisines do not disappoint. The service is a bit of a wait due to the level of activity, but it is worth the wait, and they do make a great effort to provide timely service. Excellent experience, indeed!

I recently visited this restaurant and was very happy with my meal. The food was delicious and service was great. It’s a cute venue that feels very comfortable and authentic. If you are looking for a great venue in little Italy this is your spot.

This place is a gem. I had the Spaghetto Italiano from the vegan menu and my husband had the Pappardelle Brasato. The service was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised that our outside table had a view of the water.

You will be hard pressed to find fresh vegan pasta in most Italian restaurants, but at Civico 1845, they have a dedicated vegan menu complete with appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The ingredients are all super fresh and the plates are a good portion size.

This was our first time in Little Italy and we thought they had the best menu from the strip. We had two kids under 4 and they were so accommodating. I'm gluten free and their pasta was amazing. The beer on tap and wine was exceptional! Gio was our server and he gave us great service and expert advice on the food. We got the caprese and it was the best one I've EVER had. Omg it melted in my mouth. Thanks for a great meal!
