I’ve been coming to this location for many years. I’ve visited La Jolla and Mission Valley and for some reason, even though the menu is the same, the food tastes better here. This is my go to when I’m feeling like treating myself to some fresh greens and clean protein. Plus, the portions here are much more generous. When I was at the La Jolla location and ordered the salami and kale salad, the portion was MUCH smaller than Liberty Station. So even though La Jolla and Mission Valley is closer, I come here. Recently I brought some friends and they raved about it.

One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had!! So tasty and freshly made. I got the fried chicken sandwich but substituted with chipotle chicken instead of fried. Very cool place with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely go back!

BEST CHICKEN I’VE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH!!!! Homemade Chipotle Sauce was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! And I’m from Texas that saying SOMETHING!! Outstanding staff and comforting atmosphere! Definitely recommend!!!! 👍🏼

Great clean eating place. Enjoyed the meal. Nice environment but service was a bit slow. FYI for garlic allergies the just salt and pepper chicken, upon further inquiry does have garlic powder. Recommended!

The service here was so awesome!! Roxy took our order and she was so polite and nice! She was so peppy and happy to recommend when my dad wasn’t sure what to order. The food as well! Their menu was quite diverse but they were all so good. We ordered fish & chips, a salmon plate with the kale side, and the avocado toast. They were all so stinking yummy!! Also, I spilled my water and Rahul (I think that was his name) was so quick to clean it up. Tender greens definitely deserves 5/5 stars for the service and the food!

Wow, very pleasantly surprised about this place. The food was FRESH, great flavors and mixed for salads and friendly staff. We went here 3 times during our 5 days and loved the various salads tried. Every one as flavorful, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

This location always serves us well. The staff is very friendly and take extra steps to accommodate diners. Kudos to the team here. The back patio is a gorgeous spot to eat al fresco! Our favorite dishes are the Happier Vegan bowl and Pacific Bowl with Katsu Chicken. Healthy food, vegetarian options, friendly staff. It's great!

The Penang Curry was supposed to be spicy, it was not! It was bland. The Thai dish was spicy, but not listed as such. The staff is very friendly, and fixed my order, immediately and professionally! The goat cheese salad was awesome!

Solid location, healthy food, and phenomenal staff. I order for pick up, Jarod helped me when I came in. He was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Happy Vegan (I am not vegan) and it’s always solid. The green drink is also great as well as the chicken soup. I have never had anything I didn’t like here.
