Very rude cashier register here thought I’d get very loud and mouthy and tried to challenge me to a physical fight it seemed never shop here !!

So I visited this 7 eleven quite often to get my morning snacks and coffee and use the restroom because I am a driver of one of the octa lines that go by there. However today I go to try and use the restroom and the usual person is not there. So he refuses me the restroom. Why are public entities refusing restrooms to patrons. I bet if we refused to patronize them. We’d show them the support we like to feel.

Visited this location to get a drink and the associate (old white man in his 60s) was VERY disrespectful and rude to me for asking which size is the promo for. He had the audacity to tell me to READ the cups. So I left and went to another 711 at 502 N. El Camino and the service was a total 180. I will be contacting corporate because you don't treat customers like that...he needs to be fired!

Worst customer service. Was there this morning and tried to cash my lottery ticket winnings. The rude clerk asked me how much. I was like don’t you check them. He told me I had to check them. So I did on their machine. He had to check them anyways. He was just so rude.

Try to buy a hot dog two employees had two different rules on purchasing a hot dog one says you got to pay first the other says you got to order it from the cashier you know if your employees don't want to do their job maybe you should find new employees.

Ok Heads Up everyone! They will try to cheat you at this location!!! On 12-23-2015 at 7:40pm I walked in to get my usual item, which I have been getting for years and know the price by heart. This item if you buy 2 of them 711 gives you a small price break and manufacturer sometimes gives an additional amount off . This guy not only wanted to pocket the buy2 of the same item and get a discount part also didn't want to honor the manufacturer discount. NOTE I bought the same thing from this same 711 a week ago and got both discounts and when I told the employee about that he straight out called me a lier so be careful of this place.
