Dunkin'

They almost never have strawberry frosted donuts. :( Dunkin' donuts here in the US tend to be a bit dry in general compared to Dunkin in the Philippines. But I'm glad we have this branch here. The store itself is always clean, and overly spacious. (I'm guessing they would have many tables for indoor dining, but those were probably removed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.) I like that this location has its own parking lot with lots of empty spaces, so it's super convenient to swing by and pick up a treat. No need to parallel park along El Camino, hah!

Best coffee rolls and apple fritters!! Love my pumpkin iced coffee too! This location has become pretty popular because I used to be able to come at any time and get whatever donut that I want but if you want to get donuts you better be here before 2 o’clock or you will be SOL. I guess I know what I need to do be here early. By the way I wish they sold the shirts to the public.

Very unfortunate that I have to give one of my favorite chains from the East Coast 2 stars. The donuts are great, and the place is clean. But the staff is completely mis-managed and unprofessional. It takes them 20 minutes to prepare a bagel sandwich in relatively light traffic because the stand preparing the order work really slow or are confused about something. I'll return because this is the only DD in the Bay Area but the place could be run so much better...

Once upon a time this was my favorite Dunkin' donuts after the service I received the last 2 or 3 times I've been in there I won't be returning this morning was terrible there was only one person in front of me with 3 people working it still took more than 15 minutes to get my order I'm mentioned to the young man you guys are going to make me late for work i said it in the nicest way possible ...and he apologized and still moved like a turtle the hot chocolate was watered down and warm not hot
