Everything was great, but i made an app order to pickup inside and I had to wait in a long drive thru for my order instead of the convenient pickup. But the food and service were A+. Even included the sauce that i asked for late. Def my new quick burger spot

Who doesn't like ice cream. Went in for a blizzard. I got the pecan turtle blizzard. It was great however I wish they still had the strawberry cheesecake one. Stagg was very polite.

Really enjoy coming here but allowing homeless people to sleep here will attract more & ultimately make it unsafe.

I usually order a grilled cheese for my child and have never had any problems. This time the grill cheese was so hard you couldn’t even break it. I had gone through the Drive-Thru, so I tried calling them, but they answer their phone. Worst food ever.

Stopped in by this Dairy Queen in San Bernadino to grab a quick bite. I wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. A petite Hispanic teen cashier with pimples told me restrooms are for customers. I told her I wanted to wash my hands before I order. She insisted that I order first and leave my food unattended before I use their restrooms. I asked if she was serious? She said yes. I walked across to the 7-11 and use their restroom without any hassles. Got a hot dog and a drink there too. Won't be a DQ customer now!!

So, went on my home from the hospital. All I wanted was a cookie dough Blizzard. Get in the drive-thru and get up to the order kiosk and see a sign saying, "CASH ONLY Lighting (I guess that would be LightNing) struck our credit card terminal and it's out until Tuesday". Well, I don't carry cash usually and now I was stuck in the drive-thru line. I understand that acts of nature happen but could you at least put a sign out before the entrance to the drive-thru?!?!

The blizzards never tend to fail but omgosh the food is disgusting. I really should have known not to get the hot dog but DQ's east of the rockies tend to have edible food and great ice cream cali for some reason can't keep up guhh only get ice cream here.

Always delicious. I usually stop if there is traffic on the 15. Service is kinda slow in the drive thru. But overall a good experience every visit.
