Very few places have that finger licking food especially when it comes to some barbacoa! La vaquita is already infamous for it's tacos and tortas but the barbacoa is on a different level. It's got the flavor that true barbacoa should have and not the taste of over spiced meat. Get there early on Sundays because they do sell out And you will have missed the opportunity for a great way to start your Sunday.

It's a very small space, so it's loud. But the food is good. And parking is very hard to find a space.

Had a gringa taco on weekday afternoon. Delicious.

Too much fat in tacos, potatoes and corn is not a very good combination to eat with tacos. The service was good, fair price.

Had barbacoa on a Sunday morning. No wait time. So so good! Everything tastes fresh! The meat, the salsa, the tortillas were very soft. Recommend it!

Cool little restaurant with the nicest meseras. They made me avocado tacos (I'm vegan) and the rest of my group loved the tacos al trompo (shaved meat cooked on a spit). Tiny, fast service, great corn tortillas!

Trompo tacos are delicious!! Highly recommend!!

The tacos here are huge. The barbacoa had no grease. They were perfect my kids loved them. The order took a little long that was due to the amount of customers being served. Overall great job by this establishment

Very good restaurant not a big restaurant but nice and cozy, very clean, very nice staff, the food here is awesome this is the origional I believe. Since they recomend me this place I've never done a survey but, it's all good the tacos de tromp are highly recommended and I ate moiejas too it was a combo plate yes their prices hyped up but who's hasn't. But for the serving and the fact my tacos are hot when they bring them to my table I'm very happy. I like the fact that they label the expire date on the chili they make for tacos. Most taco stands don't label and I have a habit of smelling it if it smells bad I don't eat it. The charro beans are super hot and delish too. If u never been to this hidden ho-jo i recomend it. Good for lunch or a early diner.
