Mcdonald's

My wife and i requested a simple order at the drive through with included one order of unsalted fries. (Dr's orders. They usually put way too much salt on them. I saw them salting fries once last year. The employee had this very large salt shaker turned completely upside-down, allowing salt to pour blizzard style. There was so much salt on my fries that it stung my lips.) We parked in their lot to have a car date and listen to car tunes. Much to our dismay we found our fries were quite oversalted. I walked to the head of a line of cars at the drive-through and, when next, submitted my complaint with a request to correct it. They said they'd bring it right out. I went back to the car and waited...and slowly ate my burger. Well, it took so long to remedy the order that by the time they walked a fresh order of unsalted fries out to the car, we had both finished our burgers and were watching the ice in our drinks melt. I realize that during this pandamndemic drive through business is more crowded that usual. I would not have complained, but this is not the first time my request for unsalted fries was blotched at this particular McDonald's.

The food was prepared as expected( good), The only reason my husband and I went out of our way to go to this McDonald's was because their lobby was open; which meant to me " Dine in". Before the virus exploded into the pandemic which resulted in restaurants closing, having drive-thru, or curbside pickup. We use public transportation so when I heard that there was a McDonald's with an open restaurant we went straight over there. ( I love the Fraps, The McGriddles. Not to mention the dollar menu) So that's why I only gave you 3 stars. And if a CEO or anyone with the authority to do this happens to read this post: you're missing out on a lot of money by not opening up their restaurants, ( there is more than enough room inside to keep customers 6 feet apart) Please think about it.

We came here after church for a quick bite, not a lot of people but the wait was long for the small order we placed. The place looked nice and had been updated, just slow service which would've made the score higher if not for the extended wait time and like warm coffee they served us. When my son tried to trade the dipping sauce because I asked for the wrong flavor, the girl was going to charge him for them. I had to go to the counter myself and exchange them myself. Oh, and they kept the receipt, but I had taken a picture of it already so I'll still be doing the review. Other than that, the rest of the food was got and tasty.
