7-eleven

One of my favorite 7-Elevens to go to when waiting on my son's appointments for a quick coffee. The employees and especially the manager is absolutely the epitome of friendly and professional. Great stock and selection of everything; if I had to give it a demerit it would be the small parking area but that is not within their span of control.

I come to this 7-eleven every morning. I'm often greeted warmly by sherry. She always goes out of her way to ask about my morning and day. She also makes a great habit of welcoming me back again, leaving me almost no choice but to come back. I believe it's important that people like this are recognized and retained. Thank you for your service!

I am currently a sales associate for this 7eleven,I've been working here for almost 2years now. I have to say it's been a little rocky at times,especially for my boss Dennis. He's an amazing person,he managed to pick this store up when it was at its lowest.He transformed it to what it is today.My co workers and I try very hard to maintain and keep our store clean,and have fresh food available,and have our shelves organized clean and stocked for our customers.Ive also been blessed by having Lorain Gonzalez as a manager,she's a hard worker and a perfect role model.its definitely been a true honor working at this store.For the great customers,if u get a chance come on by to the Brookhollow 7eleven and meet some of these wonderful people I've been blessed to work with...p

Just want to share what happened to me, I left my debit card there and the next day I called & was told it was there where I left it, on the counter. They held onto it till I came back for it over 24 hours later. I'm grateful for their compassionate care dealing with my forgotten card. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
