Waited while the four cars behind me received drinks, food and left. I was asked by four different carhops what I’d ordered. Was given a partially incorrect order and didn’t realize it until I was already home. Tried calling the store and it just rings. No one ever answered even after multiple tries. Got $1.00 burritos after paying more for SuperSonic ones. Sucks and feeling VERY ripped off! I’ll stick to the Culebra and 1604 location! At least they get my order right 😒

So incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. We come here often since its .05 miles from home. The gentleman that brought my order out was great -- friendly! We had a whole conversation about camping on the patio. Now, I realize I should have looked at my order instead of engaging in friendly chatter. I paid in cash, tipped $2 and came home. I opened my order and its just wrong. I paid extra for onion rings, so I call. The manager was not only unhelpful but indicated he couldn't help me because I 1. paid with cash 2. didn't have a receipt. Since I paid in cash he couldn't locate my order and since I didn't receive a receipt, they indicated there was nothing they can do. I requested just to bring it all back for my money back in which he replied I couldn't without a receipt, making it seem as if I somehow made all this up. If you come to this location, check your food before you leave, make sure you have a receipt and double check your order. If you have extra time, just go to another location.

I come to this Sonic because of convenience. Every visit I have made has been completely wrong and not the way I ordered it. I will say everytime I spoke with a manager they did fix my order but every order shouldn't be wrong. I usually ask for my burger to be fully dressed how hard is that?

Staff is so sweet to me and my kid. Food dose not make us sick like a different store. Always just made. Never gotten old tots or dried out anything. Drinks are mixed well. Flavors like cherry vanilla , are not just added on top. Thanks guys for making being locked down 80% my week less @*%&y.

Went before the lunch rush. Quick and good customer service. I grab the ice bags from here often as well. Convenient, they bring it to your car and it's Sonic's ice!

They always mess up on the order. But, all I do is wait for them to fix it. I'm very understandable. I don't get angry or start cursing. I just wait.
