South Flo Pizza In H-e-b

My family loves pizza, and few places have such a great balance between price and taste. They are owned by HEB and the quality and price is reflected in the final product. With calling in they are ready by time I come to pick up. If you haven’t tried it I give my full recommendation .... the only disappointment you will have is eating to much.

I was thoroughly impressed with this low key gem. The staff was personable, kind AND helpful (a rare trinity!) - which is big for me. Now it's worth noting that I'm an Italian New Yorker from Manhattan... Having said that i. Know. Pizza. South Flo isn't midtown quality, but they're SURPRISINGLY good ESPECIALLY when you factor in the average price (ballpark $10) AAANNNDDDD if you go between 4 and 7pm you get TWO free beer from the tap. These guys beat the likes of Dominos and Papa Johns by a long shot, and the fun and friendly staff, coupled with the speedy service, make this establishment a big win in my book. It's not New York pizza, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Bacon IS my recommended topping. 😉
