I ordered a pizza online and picked it up at the window from Ray. He was very nice and interactive and 100% displayed exactly what excellent customer service is supposed to look like. This right here is exactly what earns and makes a person deserve a promotion or pay raise. Excellent job Ray making Pizza Hut look even better than before.

This is a Personal pan pizza, one cheese and the other was pepperoni. I called the order in and it was ready for pick up by the time I arrived ( 15 mins tops). Pizza was hot and yummy.

While the food was good the drive-thru line was ridiculously long and you could not go in and pick it up and it took forever for curbside to bring it out unfortunately I didn't have two hours to wait for the food so I went to the door and demanded my food and was met by a driver who insisted that I was inside the store when I was actually standing completely outside the store with the door open I would not recommend this particular location because of the attitude of their employees

Pizza was made as ordered. The young man that was at the drive thru window was so kind and welcoming. HOWEVER, the girl that took the order over the phone was smug and rude when I asked for the Tastemaker... she rudely said "we do not have that pizza.ugh!"" yet I ordered it when I called back since I struggled to order it on line. Pizza tasted great though.

This was todays pizza 12/14. It said about an hour so i was okay. But the pizza was not great nor good I have ordered before and it was good. Not sure what happened but this had happened twice from here. I guess it hit or miss depending on whos working . The cheese was not fully melted and the whole pizza crust was off and soft and soggy. Maybe old dough ? . Bummer i really wanted good pizza should have went with my other option today. Some people do care about the food .

Probably my favorite Pizza Hut in San Antonio. They are not all the same, this one cares about its customers, therefore they make you really good food. Keep up the great work.

I called in an order for pick up today 1st they were out of the toppings I wanted, then they got my order mixed up. When I took it back inform them this is not what I ordered, the young girl at the window was rude, said I had to give her my wrong order then turned around and threw it away. No accuracy, no professionalism , no courtesy, just a bad overall experience here
