This company of franchises is horrible at handling anything that requires mental effort and accountability. Multi-tasking is a skill not yet fully developed within this office and “unfortunately” incapable of handling small requests such as requesting a W-2. Do not make an attempt to call them during an active payroll transition they are not qualified enough to produce request documentation until the 6th. The office manager Maria Montez is unavailable to assist either because she is booked solid in meetings from dusk till dawn apparently there is nobody there capable of handling a simple task of printing out a W-2. It’s amazing how the individuals who work there can function on their own without an independent agency to monitor this discrepancy. Great job Justin! 👍
