Azteka's Mexican Grill

Terrible experience. I placed an order for pickup at 5:45pm and upon arrival my food was in delay and in limbo for 1 hour. I am pleased with the incompetency of the staff with laughs and smiles on their faces while me and numerous others waited for our food from pick up. You are better off getting in line and ordering which, you will get your food faster without delay. I will not be coming back to this location, the service was pathetic and unacceptable.

Terrible customer service by Tina the manager. I called to add to my order and was told they would include it. The manager took the item out of the bag stating it was not paid for. She didn't feel the need to place a courtesy call to me to let me know it was not going to be delivered. She informed me to order again online however my item didn't meet the required minimum limit and by this time we were returning back to work. If a call would have been placed to me I would have had time go pick it up in person. Also, they forgot to include the dressing that came with my salad. Dry salad, no drink and a terrible manager that did not care!
