Domino's Pizza

Worse service. I still can’t believe I placed an order online, noticed (thank God) the driver was going the wrong way, called the store and was told by the clerk (Claribel) that the gps is new and the driver had multiple orders. Ok. Makes sense. I continue to work and checked again 5- 10 minutes later, to see he had went back to the store. AGAIN, I call the store and was told by Claribel that the driver had run outta phone battery and I have to wait for him to charge his phone. Like seriously?? I then told her my pizza is Going to be warm, she then continued with “when you receive your pizza, if your not satisfied we’ll remake it for you.” HOW ABOUT YOU REMAKE IT CONSIDERING I HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR DRIVER TO CHARGE HIS PHONE. Then they place my ordered as delivered so I won’t see where my pizza is at. I’m absolutely disappointed disgusted about this store. Ive never had have such bad customer service. I will let all my customers, employees and everyone I can about this store. NEVER AGAIN.

Honestly it's a hit or miss. They usually never answer phones we only place online orders due to this. Pizza takes forever to be delivered always expect at least an hour before it arrives. I usually love domino's pizza but for the last 2 months who ever they hired to make our pizza is doing a bad job because half the pizza does not have cheese and toppings are all centered on a few slices leaving other slices bare and dry. I've given this dominos location a chance for 2 months with no change so we will be taking a break from this location for a little while. Hoping they hire someone new in a few months and we can start ordering from here again

Excellent work, large Deluxe, everything spread nicely around. I can't remember the nice lady's name at Rigsby last night, but when I got wording wrong, she helped me through order, and brought it straight to the car. Wonderful. It made leaving work at half shift, worth the pizza! Blessings, stay well and safe.

Just ordered from this store and delivery person refused to deliver to room . as you can see from the pic it is still daylight outside and she was just around the corner from my room. If they had a policy of not delivering to the room it should have stated so on the site. Next time i'll use a competitor who's drivers will do their job of delivering to the room as requested. Cant wait to post this on Facebook.

First off, I waited 10mins on hold just to tell somebody to cook my wings longer because they automatically place you on hold every time you call as soon as they answer the phone. They don’t even ask what you need first. Just “Hold please”. Then the lady lied and said she handed somebody our food but really she left my food the porch. Didn’t even ring the door bell. I asked for a refund and they trying to give me a credit. No I want my refund because I’m going to Pizza Hut. WTH drugs they smoking up there. Do anybody care at all up there or what!??!! Imma call corporate frfr first thing tomorrow!!

So tonight would be the second time this year that our order was over an hour late being delivered. We've only ordered from Dominos now three times this year. The first time it happened I had called and spoke to a very rude female employee that stated "Your order is on it's way." then hung up on me. This time around I just asked for the manager who was at least apologetic. Thank you for that. As for the delivery, the driver handed the pizza directly to me, no mask, and no seal keeping our boxes free from being opened. The last two times our order was delivered following the covid guidelines Dominos promises but this time they definitely got lazy. We prefer Domino's over Papa Johns and Pizza Hut but we won't be ordering from this location anymore. I really hope they make the changes to better serve their customers in the future.
