I ordered online. It gave me the option for ketchup, so I chose 6 packets of ketchup for my order of tots and the additional order of cheese tots. Paid for order, picked up order, got home.
Zero ketchup packets. Even the receipt said 6 ketchup packets. We don't have ketchup here at home. That's why I added ketchup to my order.
If you're not going to honor my request for condiments, then don't even offer to ask me how many packets of ketchup I would like.

went to this location just a few minutes ago to get ice cream and they said their ice cream machine was down. i understand technical difficulties and am often forgiving but i was told the exact same thing last week AND the week before. if there is actually an issue with the machine and it is not employee laziness please at least put a sign out informing customers.

This Sonic was by far the best in San Antonio. Advised me of Iced Coffee special they had not yet posted. Server was definitely about her job! After serving me she came right back and sanitized the menu and inquired if everything was okay with my meal. The food was hot and tasty.

This is my second kitchen. I am in love with the pretzel sticks. It is a nice place to get a hamburger in less than 5 minutes.
