First time ordering from this location. Asked for well done. The wings were not well done still kind of soggy. Also it was recently my birthday and Wingstop sent me a coupon stating that I can get a basket of fries for free but this location didn't want to give me the fries because I didn't print out the coupon. It's Covid why would you want a piece of paper? I will try one more time. After the 2nd time if my wings don't come out right I will be looking for another location.

I ordered original hot wet and the wings were swimming in sauce. Good pick up service and the wings are bigger than they used to be which is nice. I spilled sauce all over my jeans though so that kind of sucks . The fries were cold as well

I'm very upset.
We order online about an hour 1/2 ago they said it was going to take about 22min wait. My husband went 30 min after and its been 45 min since his been waiting on the order outside. 5his is ridiculous. If the owner or manager knows Friday its a busy day why don't they hire more people!
