The wait here was 30 minutes for just like 5 or 6 cars ahead if me, the food was good but cant say it was fresh and the ice cream we ordered was not even as cold as usual it was already starting to melt when we got it.

Everyone worked together to get the customers orders out in a timely manner. I ordered the Hungerbuster with cheese and extra extra onions. Very fresh meal. All table, floor and coke machines were very clean. Everyone very friendly and stayed busy. I will come again.

Fries stale soda is flat they mixed up are order took forever at drive thru girl is deaf taking our order in the drive through we had to scream so they can hear us

I'll put you all at a three right now. Service has been fair here honestly and this is my go to dairy queen. I do have a concern though. I paid with my car today at the drive through and the cashier took a longer time than usual to take my order. He printed two receipts mine and a longer one. I wanted to know if that had anything to do with my card or if that is policy after so many card orders? I'll be checking my cards account for unauthorized purchases in the near future, but i want to assume it's just a back end thing he has to do per so many customers. I'm only concerned because he had my card for a longer than usual amount of time.

I live on the same street as Dairy Queen (0.6 miles) . I had blizzards delivered to my house and the ice cream was completely melted. They shouldn't offer ice cream delevery at all. Dont ever buy a blizzard unless they flip it upside down in front of you..

Went through the drive thru and was told to wait, girl came back to take my order. I placed my order and waited for a response. I called out several times so I drove up to the window. Girls told me I couldn't place an order at the window. I explained my side of the situation. I was told to drive back around to place my order. Not going there again.

I only went thru the drive-thru. They have some really nice and friendly people working there but, prices are high in my opinion.
