Taco Bell

As a former Taco Bell Assistant Manager my experience today was horrible. There was nobody at the front cashier to take my order. Once the employee saw me she just walked up with a blank stare in her eyes as if she was upset I entered the building. There was no greeting by cashier and she had a blank stare until I asked her if she was ready to take my order. Once I finished ordering I could not understand/hear what she was saying because of her mask. She then said "Your name?" I gave her my name and paid. Went to find a seat and noticed most of the tables were dirty. Once I found a place to sit as I waited for my order and started to eat the same girl started spraying her cleaning chemical on the tables near me which I find rude. I don't want chemicals floating around where I am eating. She also was talking to someone on her headset which I'm assuming was another employee because she was laughing. This is not how my experience should be eating at a restaurant on my lunch break..

It's taco bell 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've gone twice within the last month and they've forgotten my cinnamon twist 😟 everything else was correct on my order, but I mean, I look forward to the cinnamon twist. I need to stop trusting their service and check my bag before driving off. And they need to ensure they've put EVERY THING in the bags before handing out.

Rude ... That pretty much sums it up in one word. The girl behind the counter Julia was unfriendly as one can get. Also she stood less than 6 feet away from me to spray a table with chemical causing me to have to stop eating and wait on her.. As i am posting this message a guy has been standing at the counter waiting for a while. Oh wait Julia finally showed up WITH the same stupid clueless look on her face.
