They offer curbside service in light of the pandemic but can't seem to get this right. The online app has you give make, model, and color of your vehicle. I arrived there about 10 minutes after my order was ready, because of traffic on my way home from work. I sent a message saying I've arrive, 15 minutes later an employee walks out with what looks like my order walks up to a completely different car from mine (white BMW sedan vs Gold Honda SUV) and allows that person to open the box and look and breath on the pizza then when she says no he takes it back inside, a few minutes later brings it out to my car and asks for confirmation of my name. I insisted they make my order again since he allowed someone else to open that box and he asks me why. Seriously? And, they've already charged me for a 2 liter coke but apparently they don't have anymore. He tells me it'll be 15 minutes and I tell him I'll wait, 30 minutes later they walk out with a new pizza. Never offered to make it right, just said sorry in an insincere manner. They've lost my weekly business for sure. Pizza is usually just ok, so it's just not worth going through the hassle anymore.

Got my order wrong. So they replaced it. My pasta was so dry, and that's after I asked the guy to please make sure they put enough alfredo sauce. Waited an hour and a half for my replacement. They should have gotten it right the first time. And take the option of sauce off cuz they dont put none. Thanks dominos u left a pregnant chick hungry

Worse location I have ever gone. Especially with this covid changes. Keeps changing on what rules are on how to pick up the pizza. First they won't let you inside and say oh you can only call when online app didn't say any of that. Then they went contactless which was awesome walk up to your car drop and go and now all of a sudden I select contactless since "this store" only shows contactless online and I respond I'm here and no one comes to bring me my pizza I waited past 10 mins and finally call and they told me oh you have to come inside. Um what then you should have it state on the app this information when I'm selecting your store, and you should have called me to at least tell me since it's past a certain time please come inside. Ridiculous...

Terrible! I’ve had issues with this location where the pizza is burned and the service over the phone is lousy. I go to this location because it’s closer to where I live. I was across town driving and called ahead so the pizza could be ready. I waited on hold for almost 15mins till finally someone came back on the line. By that time, I was already at Little Caesars on Division nearby through the drive thru. The pizza was hot and fresh and ready right away from there just as someone from Domino’s came on the line. I let them know how long they had me on hold, and was at Little Caesars, then hung up. It’s ridiculous how long they take on the phone just to get your order placed, and on a Tuesday night? C’mon.
