Dairy Queen

When we pulled up to order, the drive thru lady, was very rude. She didn't hear correctly our order and so when I said the correct order, she repeated it back rudely. Her name is Melissa an she's in the West ave location. Even then, she even started arguing with me. I told her if she didn't like her job to move on.

Yesterday my mom & I stopped by because we had been wanting to try the new purple dipped cones. They were delicious and just like I imagined they tasted like Fruity Pebbles cereal. I wish Dairy Queen would permanently keep these on the menu. The lady at the window was very friendly and was smiling which was a very pleasant surprise. There was also no line and no wait at the time we went which I was also surprised at. Everyone knows how busy all Dairy Queens usually are and the lines are always long

First off we waited at the drive thru 20 minutes. We get to the window and we get a rude cashier that doesn't acknowledge us. Although I tap the window to ask her for a cup of water and her response was "we don't have water" and shut the window not to mention the store was very dirty no hand washing after handling the register, then the cashier comes to the window and asked if I can pull up. I told her no I'll wait I have waited long enough, then she laughed with another co worker, meanwhile waiting I finally get my banana splits very sloppy as if they were thrown into a clear bowl. At this point I asked to speak with a manager. What do you know I get a very unprofessional "so call manager" looking like if she just jumped out of bed and very dirty with a worst attitude. She didnt even care about my complaint. If you're going to hire a manager to represent your business please have them look a little more professional, and definitely better appearance and some more management training. WORST EXPERIENCE at this location!!!
