Mcdonald's

Now I see why there was no line during lunch rush. The fries were cold, salty, and stale. My quarter powder tastes and looks like it's from yesterday. Going back to Whataburger. Wasted ten dollars on this mess. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cashier was super nice. You all need to do better.

Ordered 3 quarter pounder meals and got 2.5 lol called to tell the manager and he sounded surprised when I said one looks half eaten. Here is my proof since I couldn't come right back. 🤣 I think they need a lesson in weight measurements and presentation. Not to mention they forgot my fries in the 1st place should have checked the burgers.

Seems morning crew screws up breakfast orders. Evening crew seems to have it together, order is usually always right. Plus, they will close the lobby and customers won't know this when they do pickup. Several times I've not known they shut the lobby down and locked the door and I did a pick up order on the weekend. So, I have to go through drive thru and explain myself with usually a confused drive thru associate. 😐 I've remedied that by either just choosing curbside or wait and check to see if the lobby is open. I have to admit though, food is relatively good and fresh. One time I ordered a basket of fries and the fries clearly had been sitting under the heat lamps for a non-hot minute. They weren't hot or fresh fries. Cookies though, are always fresh, no joke. Never had an issue with the personnel either, the nice old man who's always outside cleaning or repairing something, was considerate when we pulled in one day to tell us the lobby was open or when it was closed one time too. Oh and the idiot reviewer who said employees want $15 an hour but don't deserve it because her breakfast muffins didn't have cheese, well say something. The pictures showed a pretty decent looking sandwich, so I get it they forgot the cheese. Okay, tell them to fix it, mistakes happen. I've never had an issue with the food, but if I did, I'm sure they would have made it right.

We used the app to order ahead. When we did the check-in through the drive thru, there was some confusion on their part, so we did have to pull into a parking slot, and wait. They also tried to charge us at the drive thru window, but we obviously already paid thru the app, with our registered, attached card to our account. I think they need some more training in the area of app orders. This is why I took off 1 star. On the positive, the food is always good, and the staff is really friendly.....we will continue to patronize this establishment.
