Pizza Hut

One of the pizzas was all messed up. It looked like the driver dropped it and we didn't get our wings. We ordered almost 60 dollars worth of food and even let the driver keep the change which was a 6 dollar tip. I had to go back to Pizza hut and showed them the pizza how it looked jacked up and tell them we didn't get the wings either. The good thing is the driver was there and he know that he didn't give us the wings and he looked at the pizza and didn't say a word. The good thing is that they re-made the pizza and gave us the wings we had ordered. I know everybody makes mistakes it happens we are human. With no manager on site the employees did the right thing and gave us the wings we paid for but didn't get and they re-made the pizza that was jacked up. Thank you guys.

Every time I've ordered from Pizza Hut the food is always delicious. But this time I was sort of disappointed I ordered the traditional wings and Hawaiian and they were out so I decided to get garlic parmesan.which is not a big deal. but when I received my food I was given boneless wings with hardly any sauce coating the wings 😕. The food was still good so no complaints there

I usually order for dinner and hungry for pizza during my lunch hour was quite surprised to see the Personal Pan Pizza! It brought back every memory when I would get them as a kid and was just as delicious! A big shout out, most importantly, also Pizza Hut team at the Jackson-Keller location for always being helpful, patient, kind and respectful during these uncertain Covid times.
