Church's Texas Chicken

I wanted the Smokehouse chicken, they didn't have it. OK fine. I ordered a 3 piece with the mashed potatoes and gravy for the side and an extra side of Mac and cheese.. I also wanted an Apple pie they said it would take 7 to 10 minutes for that. I wanted okra they didn't have that either. I get home no mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese was burnt and dry. Will never return to this Church's!

Would give zero stars if I could don’t even bother Instead of my chicken they gave me a box full of three open gravy cups which spilled everywhere and when I came back to get my chicken they were very quick and snappy with me not even a sorry Finally have my now cold chicken And have to clean up the rug I feel like This is a prank.let’s just hope they didn’t tamper with my food now.

Went through the drive thru ( Wilderness Oak) Thursday Mar 31st, around 3:30p; and was greeted by Laneshia. So professional and customer friendly disposition. Picking up my food, I was greeted by Charles and he, too, was professional with a great attitude. My order was perfectly made. Even if there had been one mistake the employees customer friendly attitude would more than make up for any … to me. I appreciate great customer service, which I got with these 2 amazing individuals. Customer service is one of the hardest jobs, having to deal with all types of personalities. I hope these intelligent and amazingly friendly individuals don’t get abused so they lose what is so rare now a days. Thank you, again, for the aplomb service and great food.

The worst Church's I've been too, this was my 3rd and last time! They're always rude and act put out when they take your order in the drive through!! I ordered two #3's, both with unsweet tea, I got two #2's, and one tea. I ordered jalapeños poppers, she asked how many, I told her one regular size, she laughed like a smart a$$!! The chicken was cold and the batter tasted old, the mashed potatoes and gravey didn't taste like they normally do!! I would give zero stars if that was an option!!

I went to this establishment on 10/19/21 at 639pm. I ordered 10 chicken meal. They took 5 minutes to go to the drive through window just to tell me they on have enough dark chicken, I have to wait 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. They would not offer any type of accommodation, just that it would take 20 minutes. They refused to give me one piece of white chicken so I could be on my way. The lady working at the drive through and the manager were so extremely rude about it. I will never go there again. Ive never been treated so rudely at a restaurant. Worst customer service experience ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and the grande meal deal. There was a wait and we assumed it was because food was fresh. When we got home food was expired chicken tenders you couldn't bite through any of the food. It was visibly old and just inedible. I called this church's 7 times. No one answered and I wasn't going to drive all the way back. A almost twenty minute drive. I do not recommend this location, this meal was for my family. Had to throw food out and make a meal at home. Believe the reviews, don't waste your time or money.
