Wendy's

I'm a door dasher and today I went to pick up an order. The kid working the counter no name tag, but I heard the manager refer to him as John told me he didn't know how long the wait would be, and I point blank said why not? He shrugged his shoulders and walked to the back. The manager came through for the win though. He took care of my order asap. Even after the kid blatantly disrespected him when asked to check to see what was in the bag. His response was I don't know. He really should be terminated, but I know how short staffed these restaurants are so I get having a body at least make drinks, but jeez this kid was acting like everyone owed him something. Ok well I will step off my box now. Kudos to the manager!! 👏

The girl overcharged my credit card when my order was $11.98 yet in my bank account it was $16.72. I always ask for my receipt and I checked my bank because she took to long with my card and on top of that my son’s order was incorrect. People if you go to this Wendy’s check your bank because they overcharged me in my bank account yet my receipt is correct on the order. An it’s not because of the money it’s because of the principle and who knows how long they’ve been doing this.

I was ordering in the store and simply asked if they carried chipotle mayo but my cashier Jackie Rudely told me this is Wendy's not a chipotle I then said I asked because a lot of fast food restaurants I know carry it or something like it. Again in a very rude tone jackie said this is a Wendy's not a chipotle I ended up ordering some chili frys and the shredded cheese was not melted I went up to the counter and asked if I could get it heated up and a man in grey shirt came up to help me but said theres already melted cheese on the frys i asked again if they could melt it i know they have a little oven in the kitchen he gave me a dirty look then heated it up for me.
