The lady with blue hair rude af didn't bag my stuff or even want to hand me my pizza the other girl point to where the pizza on the other side of the counter. She was rude giving dirty looks if y'all don't want be friendly or even do your job quite finds something else

I came here to use the restroom but i got 2 slices of pizza because they have a 2 slice for $2 deal. The outside is well lit especially on this rainy day. The staff was kind. The restrooms were messy and the toilet was full of urine. The pizza was very greasy with few pepperoni. It tasted average but you get what you pay for. I suppose I would return if I needed to use the restroom in an emergency or if I want some cheap pizza without having to order a whole pizza.

Terrible customer service from the young black guy working..he was being rude with everyone does not know anything about customer service..they should put him to do cleaning or stocking..definitely does not belong at the register..

Now i see why the ratings are so low here. This isnt the only convenience store in this neighborhood. it wouldn't surprise me if this store isnt in business much longer. I purchased a drink and lottery tickets. I was still at the counter gathering my things i purchased and my change and i havent even walked out of the store and the store isnt closed either I still had my things on the counter. As I got my $1change i decided to go ahead and get me a $1 lottery ticket. As i asked to get a $1 lottery ticket the man behind the counter admittedly puts the closed sign on the counter and says they are in the middle of a shift change and refused to sell me a $1 lottery ticket. again i hadnt walked away from the counter and i still had things on the counter. There was also a lady working in the other register as well. this all happened in seconds. Not even a i am sorry but we just in the process of doing a shift change and we cant do anything till we are done. Rudely puts a sign in my face as im looking down at the lottery tickets. i cant believe that 7-11 allows this to happen. I wont be coming back to this 7-11 anymore. Unless the manager Joanna is available to hear my complaint.

I came here and was told it would be 8 to 9 minutes while the system updated while both workers were outside smoking at the same time. Poor customer service. If you're going to lie...make it believable. I will never come here again.

False advertisement bad publicity sign. Sign in street says $2.59 at pump it's $2.69 per. I was told manager has been told many times and refuses to change Gas prices.

They have the worst customer service there, there's a lady that works there she's white and heavy set, she's very rude to the customers and she feels like she could talk to people however she needs to talk to she needs to be fired immediately!!!! Calling corporate now!!!

Lady was very rude n racist staring at black guys in store when I was in line didn’t even notice I was even in line !!! Owner was notified and he told me there’s the door and we don’t discriminate !!! Worst experience I’ve ever had in a convenience store!! I will never spend another dime here. Owner didn’t even listen to complaint trashy customer service!!
