Today we had a great experience at this location. Fast food is fast food. What can make a difference is always the people that work there. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Sara. I have never felt so welcomed at any fastfood restaurant as we did today. The sign over the exit door says "Thanks*don't be a stranger.". I will definitely visit this location more. Thank you guys for the great service! And the food was delicious.

We went to eat dinner and our first time but our last time . We ordered the tenders but they looked they were put to long under a warmer. The employees were playing around but manager did not take control . I would not recommend this food at all and they wait time was to get my orders took over 35 minutes . ( Not even a thank you or apology for the poor quality of food and service

I ordered online and set it up for noon pickup. The store made it over 2 hours early and left it sitting. They tried to tell me they wouldn’t remake it so i had to go through the drive thru and sit in the window to get it done. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or what as my Mexican friend had to speak to literally the same manager to get her to fix it Fresh. Very bad quality from a great company.

They try to give you old chicken and fries , and then they get mad when you ask for fresh food. I spent over $30, and they told me that it will take 25 minutes to cook, hoping that I will take the old chicken but when told them I would wait they got mad , had me wait just to give me back the old chicken that I rejected in the first place.

I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a 12 Piece family meal. Although they were practically out of everything. They still did a good job in serving before they closed and It was overall a great experience. Food was hot and fresh and overall experience was better then expected. I will return to this restaurant in the future.

Great renovation! Really fits well with the area and looks amazing compared to what it used to be! Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable and addresses all questions. And work quickly to ensure food is prepared in a timely manner. The layout of the building really makes it great for anyone traveling by themselves or in groups! Charging ports are located on the bar and at certain booths, some even have the usb port by default! One thing to know: if you plan on ordering any of their sauced items (tenders or chicken littles) be aware that sauces are much more like an oil rather than a sauce. The 4.99 deal I purchased was quite tasteful but as mentioned the barbeque is similar to an oriental hot oil based on consistency. There was also alot of the dust from the seasoning at the bottom that didn't get on the tenders. No biggie! Just doesn't seem that way from the photos! :)
