Cowgirls Cafe

Since my family and I moved to San Antonio (from Michigan) over 8 years ago, we have been eating their breakfast tacos. My ultimate favorite is bean and cheese tacos yumm!!! When we eat in, it’s a wonderful experience, excellent customer service and fast service as well. I highly recommend Cowgirls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never has enough help so service suffers immensely. Waitress tells you she brought you food she never brought. They don't apologize or make ammends for bringing incorrect food so you pay for it whether you eat it or not. The cook serves you carne guisada when you ask for country sausage on multiple occasions. Took about an hour to get waited on and checked out so my party couldnt get refills in a good amount of time & we didn't tell them about the incorrect order brought until we were checking out since it was kinda busy but was taking a long time. The help showed up right before they were closing. They charge for to go containers and it looks like they charge for water too now. Bacon ordered as crispy came out floppy and cold. I'm not going back.

We used to go in to hear this place quite a bit but about a month ago when the weather wasn't so good we parked and cut through their patio and came in that door but before we came in there was a raise in the cement and I tripped and took bad fall hurt my ribs and both knees hurt cement. We got a table tried to let the waitress know that what had happened she only spoke Spanish but didn't give my husband a chance to explain in Spanish to her. Then our waitress we told her and she said oh that's terrible and went ahead and took our order and said nothing in the meantime the man who owned the place was reading his paper and was hearing the whole conversation yet he did nothing. When we went up to pay we told him and he said will I'm your supposed to come in the other door and I said yes and I said somebody is going to get hurt very bad like an elderly person with a walker and they're going to have a lawsuit he made no attempt to apologize or give us a discount or anything so we will not go back and I still have problems with my ribs didn't go to the doctor I guess I should have. And their prices have went up a lot.
