Mcdonald's

I don't get it. Half the locations have their doors locked, and the other half don't want you approaching the counter. Why have a register and people working the front if you don't want people ordering inside? It makes me feel unwelcomed, forcing me to order on a kiosk when there are capable, front counter employees, able to do you a service that should be expected in a fast food restaurant. A clear difference between being another number versus being a part of the whole.

There hours keep changing from 24hrs to close at 10pm, 11pm, 12pm, but they take mobile orders 24 hours a day and let you drive over and find them closed! Whataburger across the street is open 24/7 and is packed with people after 10pm! A lot of people don't get off work until 11pm (first responders, medical, police, etc.), closing at 10 makes no sense. But it does force people to eat a much better quality product across the street.

Asked me to pull forward to wait for fries as if everyone else weren't also. Brought me the wrong order, then they gave my order to someone else and forgot about me. I had to go inside to tell them that not only did I not get my food even though the drive through was now empty, but I also had no time left to even wait for a refund. Do better. Update: I returned later to ask for a refund or the missing food and they were happy to provide the food and a coupon for a free meal. Mistakes happen but they fixed it. I'll be back.

I don't know how they never get it mixed up, but there are 2 drive-thrus that take your order, then they merge the lanes to 1 pay window, which takes your $$$ and then sends you 1 pickup window (or a waiting space for large orders). But the experience, the aromas, the tastes are exactly what you expect when you decide you want McD's!

Went through drive thru yesterday and this girl was really rude I don't know her name but she had curly hair. I was trying to order a large sprite. Instead of listening and letting me pay , she gave me a free drink. She didn't even let me finish telling her that I did not pay she was to worried about having a attitude. Smh she should be fired!!!
