I just purchased a whopper meal combo... and left the establishment without my debit card!! My fault entirely. When I realized it...40 minutes later... I rushed back to the store... thinking the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very upbeat manager that, when I told her the situation, knew exactly what I was talking about. Her staff had turned the card in to her and was placed in a safe. She asked my name before returning the card to me... for safety measures. I was very impressed by the was things were handled... and I called headquarters to tell them how impressed I was. All this aside... the meal was super duper fresh and the fries were piping hot! Just how I like them😍. So thank you to the team at valley hi location! You really saved me such a headache.

Went to this location tonight. Had a mobile order. Waited 42 minutes in the drive-thru. We finally get to the window, and there's at LEAST 3 staff working that we could see (so not sure what was taking so long). None of them were moving fast. They BARELY spoke to us. The woman working the drive-thru answered a CELL PHONE call in the midst of cars lined up behind us. We got our food. The food was cold. For the amount of time they took, I'd at least expect HOT food. They forgot our condiments, and they couldn't listen to simple sandwich instructions on a MOBILE order. I mean, it literally comes in WRITTEN OUT for them, and they STILL can't follow them. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back. Don't waste your money at this location.

Cashier (Hispanic woman, late teens to mid 20s) was unpleasant and didn't even smile. Our order wasn't terribly complex and yet she didn't seem to know how to put it into point-of-sale. She had to get a manager to help her. Not necessarily cashier's fault--more likely there is a management problem or the cashier was new. Order came quickly and food was hot but we didn't get our requested BBQ sauce. (Didn't realize we didn't have sauce until we got home.)

We ordered new Whopper Melt Bacon and got regular one with bacon instead. I hate mayo and they used half of bottle on a single burger. Pickles are disgusting and of course, pickles everywhere. This is why I never order this burger, it's just gross. I get that they are under staffed and overworked, but with this gas price I don't have luxury to drive back for them to fix their mistake.

Avoid this store** Upon arriving, I received no soft serve cup, was handed none of the two of my fries, and no HI-C, and no mozzarella sticks, when I told the worker I was missing some things that I paid for via mobile pickup-but they didn’t understand and requested a manager, I offered to show them my order on my phone that I placed, when the manager came, she insisted that everything I ordered was in the bag and thanked me, after even offering to show proof of my missing items, the manager instead proceeded to give me attitude after trying to give my upmost thanks and appreciation for them, and decided to embarrass me, trying to convince me I’m wrong without allowing me to show my online receipt. I know it’s just food, but I was really looking forward to eating here and instead got embarrassed by the manager and was missing several items. I’m really disappointed and frustrated. I decided not to argue with your manager any further because I wasn’t going to get anywhere and they were not willing to help me further. Do not waste your time here they honestly don’t care about anything. You are better off driving down to marbach or pearsall road and ordering McDonald’s.

Breakfast meal was sloppy, coffee had the taste of the night before! No creamer for coffee either. Please have a backup plan for the customer instead of trying to up-charge them on a drink based off of your inventory failure. Have a smile when you do it too!

Horrible horrible service!! At the counter..." I want a whopper meal with everything on it and cheese and a large coke" young lady at counter " Did you want cheese? ( incredulous look at her) did you want everything on it? I said yes with everything. Did you want small med or large?? So I had to repeat myself 3 times!!! Beyond rediculous.

In event you get your order, it may not be right. It may be challenged, but in the end you might get it late, and no apologies for their mistake, don't expect a sorry or have a good day because you asked for your order, corrected order. Why is that manager?!! Oh I was the only customer in and out it too busy. Wow

Just attempted to use my phone app and was refused by asst manager Sonia. I'm very pregnant and was hungry. Appalled that she would refuse to serve me and then said, oh it's okay when I told my husband I didn't want to eat there if I couldn't use my coupons. Talk about "leadership" having ZERO customer service.
