Mcdonald's

Had specifically asked for no cheese since my son can’t eat cheese, got off my car and went in cause I was in DRIVE THRU and told them and they came out and gave me this.. is it so hard just to give me another griddle that has no cheese.. who knows if they were wearing gloves when they PICKED OFF THE CHEESE FROM THE SAME GRIDDLE. Disappointed.

This location sucks as a franchise ordered food waitined an hour plus to get my order I asked how long my food has been sitting there worker told me it was made fresh... but due to another car in front taking for ever. Once received food the food was cold every single thing I ordered was not made fresh on top of my food sitting there for and houe plus.. Called to see if I could get a replacement but was offered value meals instead and told in order for my food to be replaced I would have had to bring it back. We were not gonna wait another hour with a screaming toddler in the back who was hungry already because we WAITED FOR A HOUR or more just to receive our food in the first place!!!! the GM is extremely RUDE and says it's policy this family owned franchise doesn't care about quality they only care about what money they can take from you !!!
