Taco Bell

Went twice to 2 different locations in a week. This visit was after 9 PM to earn a free breakfast burrito on 2nd visit. Had to spend at least $10. Got the 2 Chicken Chalupa Supreme combo. Came with crispy beef taco & large drink; got Brisk Dragon Paradise iced tea. Food is good, but Taco Bell is the McDonald's of Mexican food. Okay, but there's better. Ordered too late; dining room closed after 9 PM. Had to knock on front door & get attention, since don't have car for drive-thru. Finally let me in & pickup order.

This was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant ever! We ordered our food ahead online for in restaurant pick up..cool ..but when we got to the store the door was locked ! However there were two homeless standing with theyer bags on the tables with theyer items strung on all the tables..so we stand outside ..and wait to see if someone is gona tell us something...and nothing! Eventually the homeless open the door to leave and we hold the door for them...And THE manager!! Told the homeless people to tell us that the lobby was closed!!! WTH! Too boot ! There was no sign signifying that the lobby was closed ! NOT 1!...so I put my body in the door and politely told the nearest worker that I had a pickup order and my name... And the manager began shouting repeatedly that the lobby was closed.... Rude.. I told them I just wanted my food and I would go.. and the shouted at to shut the door ..so I stepped out and left my foot in it .cause I had already paid for my food and was clearly being treated bad ... All along they are letting homeless in and allowing for bad reviews ...it won't be long till this location is gone ... thankfully I wasn't a pompous rich !! I would of called the city..I hope everyone heeds this review.. seriously poor coustomer appreciation never will return ..I'd rather starve!

Specifically mentioned no meat, no cheese, no sour cream. Everything was with meat, and there were some sour cream. #Grubhub I had a really bad experience, but I'm giving it a 4-star because of the conscious effort Taco Bell is putting into accommodating vegan customers. But please pay more attention to people's dietary restrictions.
