My wife and I visited SCT today with some friends and holy moly!! SCT has totally reimagined tacos in SA; we will definitely be back for more. We had the Pacifico, the NOLA, 2 orders of the Shane O'mac, the Irish, and the Seoul. The flavors coming through the tortilla on all these tacos were on point everytime.

Cool place. Takes forever to get your tacos. The Baja (beer battered fish taco) was decent but nothing to write home about. The farmer, a portabello "fajita" taco, was really good though. The place is worth going back to so I can try other items. Perhaps more starts are coming.

Amazing tacos! The NOLA was stuffed delicious grilled shrimp and deep fried okra that tasted fresh! I would order the fried okra as a side if they offered it. The beef in the Seoul got a thumbs up from my Korean husband. Both were a great value! The bean and cheese 2 for 92 cents special was a good basic taco. The flour tortillas were soft and fresh. I only held one star back because the service was slow by taco standards. However the staff was friendly and stayed on top of it. We will definitely go back for more!

The ambiance was great! Love the vibe of this place. Easy to get in and out of, easy to order. I wish they had an available menu explaining all the specialty tacos. The cashier let our group share her cheat sheet, but it was the only one. The food was not bad, but the tacos were a bit plain - The Nashville needed more vinegar (way more pickled peppers). The chicken was quality white meat, hot and well battered but a bit flavorless - it probably needed a bit of salt. The al pastor was also a bit bland. The meat was high quality and was well grilled but a bit dry. The taco also also could have used more cilantro and onion and even a lime or some green salsa on the side to add a bit of extra sour/sweet/spice. I’ll try this place again but likely go for different tacos.

My dear goodness. Went with one friend and we shared six of their twelve tacos. The Korean one was amazing. The waffle battered chicken was a tad bit plain for my expectations. All in all it was a terrific taco throwdown, complete with a Dr.Pepper and a Big Red to make for a truly Texan feast. Try any taco here!

Damn, kinda disappointed. I've been looking forward to going here for a while and finally was close enough to stop by. The place was completely empty, very clean though. I got a bacon and egg and a bean and cheese for my wife and wanted to try one of their specialty tacos so I chose the Shane O'mac. Everything was done fairly quickly and I was off to enjoy my lunch at home. The bacon and egg seemed fresh but needed some seasoning (just salt and pepper would've been sufficient). My wife said she liked the bean and cheese. But my real issue was with the specialty, the menu described it as a chicken and waffles type taco with a bit of a spicy kick. That's not what I got, first of all, all of the ingredients in this recipe need salt the breading was bland, the chicken was bland, and the maple syrup was bland however there was a scent of maple syrup. It was a huge taco, 3 pieces of breaded chicken on a normal sized tortilla but the only flavor that was present was an overwhelming taste of anise, or allspice. I pulled one of the chicken tenders apart and the chicken was dark like it'd been marinated in anise. As a professional chef of 22 years, it's hard for me to go somewhere and not pick it apart unfortunately, but every issue I had can be fixed fairly easily and inexpensively. I hope the owners get to see this review and dont think I'm trying to bash them, just offering some constructive feedback. It could've been an off day, or maybe a new person didnt follow the recipe correctly, it happens. I'd still give another try though.

The first time I went, the food was amazing but tonight I got tacos to go and my "Farmer" taco was literally sautéed onion and cabbage(?) slaw with a couple pieces of uncooked bell pepper. No mushrooms. No queso fresco. Just the onion slaw. The salsa is bland and watery. It took so long to get the original, I didn't even bother going back to get them to correct my order.
