The worst service you can ever recive long line and the employee standing and joking
The manager name is jasmin when i ask for her she came after 10 min and i was on the line for over 25 min all that just for 2 happy mail unbelievable

There is never a single day when there isn't a long line of cars waiting. There are cars waiting in the queue even on the right lane of the frontage road, which is dangerous. Simply open the second drive through line & try professional ppl to take the orders pls .

doing sum door dash. get to curbside i call about 10 times. so i go ring the door bell they did everything they could not to look in my direction. i was chillin in the rain trying to call and or ring the doorbell. then the guy comes out to tell me i have to wait in their 30 minute drive thru instead of just giving me my customers order like just give me the food dawg, so here i am, waiting in their line. you can see the order on the counter. petty, childish, and unprofessional.

Great location! Since it's next to the University many hungry students keep the food moving, meaning the food will never sit for long, you will always have hot food! Curb side is quick and always beats the long line! 10/10

Franchise owners sure are spending a lot of money remodeling! Cramped access to registers. Employee who mopped left that ordering area sloppy wet and very dangerous.
When I mentioned to their cashier how small the inside was now, after the former gorgeous remodel...she said they will remodel again. 🤷
Hey the drive through lines was backed up to the street so the food is still great!

I was told that there wasn’t an option to order in person. I have the app and can order in kiosk. I was just denied that option. Most older people need the option to order inside the restaurant. When I specifically asked if I had the option to order at restaurant, everyone looked at each other and then a lady said no. The lady said no since she was only taking drive through orders. I had to order for an older gentleman at the kiosk because it was foreign to him. Bad service overall. They saw me showing the older gentleman the kiosk, and chose to not help. Then as we wait for our food, numbers aren’t being called out. We have to go hunt for our food and search the numbers ourselves. I will never return.

Possibly the worst attitude of employees that I have ever had to date in a fast food location. They do not let you order inside the restaurant and force you to use the kiosk. This would be fine, except that theres some options and menu items that are not available on the kiosk or app. I understand that they get busy and there is a shortage of staff, but they should not refuse to take an order in person.

Decent service provided, customer service in drive thru could be better. Food came out as expected as usual, the fries are always my favorite. Hard to go wrong with Mickey D’s.

Yeah I go in at 4 a.m. and all I wanted was something to eat for breakfast and a nice cup of coffee. I get there so sorry we're not taking orders right now thank you. what's the point of having the 24-hour McDonald's if you can order 24 hours?

Reading the reviews about bugs, y'all do realize that this is in most every Restaurant. Y'all were just lucky enough to find it in your food. It's in stores, restaurants, and factories. I don't eat McDonald's but it happens to be my daughter's favorite and this particular one has the cleanest play area I've ever seen. Keep up the cleanliness and we will keep returning even though you are 30 minutes from my house. But it's a good little outing for my kiddos..

Been going to this location for years because of the proximity to work. Over the last year they changed management staff and employees and it has gone downhill since. I've waited in the drive thru in the morning at times up to 15min. Cashier repeated my order at the window which was wrong...she went back to correct it. Got to the office and she never switched it. Called the 800 number on the window to complain of the service and still nothing has changed.
Bring the old management staff and crew back.

Had a remake done on a sausage muffin and the remake was burnt. I know they could see that it was burnt but they wrapped it like that anyways. This only means they do not care.

Well to begin with the Fire Alarm was tripped while we were there and went off the whole time we ate. The woman who took our order was very rude and was reluctant to give any sauces for the chicken nuggets. We were lucky to find a clean table the place was filthy!

Went through the drive through heard a lady’s voice yell GOD DAMN while attempting to give my order she sounded like she hated her job and lazy pull to the window, the cashier Ingrit who couldn’t speak English if her life depended on it had to ask her manager if she could give me lime for my Unsweat tea like seriously, you have to ask your manager who was working the headset who yelled god damn into the speaker who then proceeded to call me a liar after i stated i heard you cuss while ordering .... uhmmmm DESHAWNA honey if your reading this get some manners and if you hate your $10 an hour manager position then quit...

American flag was upside down and sideways due to a storm. The flag should have been taken down at night anyways and especially in inclimate weather.
When I called to speak to a manager about this, I was told "the fire department already called me-it will get fixed sooner or later"
I will NEVER go to this McDonalds because a "sooner or later" mentality when we are talking about our nation's flag is UNACCEPTABLE.
I even offered to fix it myself, she said "no, I have to get some one out here to fix it"
