BEWARE, THEY ARE CROOKS! We were staying in San Antonio on vacation and wanted to try a local pizza place.First of all it took and hour and 20 minutes for our order to arrive. We ordered 2 pizza's and pasta and a salad. They forgot one of our pizza's. All the delivery lady had for me was my debit card slip to sign and the amount seemed kind of high. I asked for an itemized receipt and she didn't have one. I went back up to our room and added everything up and the amount they charged me was $13.00 more than what I ordered. I called and asked to speak to a manager. He was very rude. There was an additional $1.00 fee to use a credit card and a $4.00 delivery fee so that would have been an additional $5.00 but they still could not tell me what the other charges were for. I asked them to credit back the pizza they forgot and I was assured they would. Well guess what....they never did!!! I have since canceled the debit card I used because I don't trust these people.

My order was placed at 7:35 pm and didn't arrive until 9:05 pm. My entire order was completely wrong. I ordered bbq wings but received original buffalo, I ordered a small dinner salad and paid extra to have chicken added but there was no chicken. I also ordered spaghetti w/ meatballs, but instead received tomato paste on top of noodles. When I called the restaurant in attempt to have my order fixed, the girl who answered the phone was very rude. I was told that even if I brought my food in, instead of fixing my order, that nothing would be done. I was hung up on, and apparently there was no manager available to speak with. Arguing with a customer, no empathy, no attempt to correct the mistakes made... Terrible service.

The WORST customer service we have ever experienced and I wish I could give no stars. So disappointed in how the people that answered the phone acted, like we were doing something wrong...we waited over 2.5 hours for our pizza and I called literally 10 times. (I tried to attach a screen shot as 10 seems excessive!) I kept calling and asking the status of the delivery to our address and they would quickly respond with " the driver is in the neighborhood" of the " driver is on our street" - that lasted for at least 35 minutes. On the final Call the manager said that our address didnt exist even though they have delivered to us 2 times before!! Just so disappointing, I have never written a bad review in my life, but this was just so bad and needless to say we never got our pizza. Recommend not giving them business!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Worst Pizza I ever had! Worst service and super over prized. The order took about an hour to get here. The spaghetti looked as if it was just thrown in the container and they added some sauce on top. They charged me $41 dollars for a small pizza some spaghetti and a sandwich. All which should have come up to no more than $30 tops! The receptionist was horrible. She obviously has had no training whatsoever. Please do your self a favor and order from somewhere else, walk somewhere else or cook your own food. I promise it will taste better than whatever they give you.

The absolute worst restaurant I've ever experienced. Did not deliver my entire order I had already paid for and the "woman" who delivered it told me it was too bad and would not bring the rest of my order. When I called to complain the same "woman" answered the phone and screamed the "F" word at me at least 40 times. After calling 10 times I finally talked to someone else that promised to send the rest of my order with a different driver. He lied. I never bothered to eat their crap because it looks and smells gross and it was an hour cold. If you want filthy mouthed, stupid people and horrible service with horrible food to boot, this is the place for you. Completely disgusting.

Pizza tasted good.I read the reviews and was hesitant to buy from here but me and my husband took a chance and found that the pizza tested good, it came out nice and warm and cheesy. We ordered the Adams favorite and found it flavorful and ordered a pepperoni which also was pretty good. Not sure if this makes any difference but we went inside and ordered, not delivery.

Waited an hour and a half, pizza arrived cold, had ordered a medium pepperoni & bacon. No bacon was to be found, I called and said I think I have the wrong order, and they lady said the bacon was really small and hidden under the cheese. On top of that, the soda I had ordered with the meal was not delivered. So I was over charged, customer service was terrible, sounded as though they could frankly give a rats ass... all this for 16 minutes away... wow..not impressed in the least.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. But we had a pamphlet in our room, and we were starving and just ordered at the place that looked like they had most variety of Italian food. BIG MISTAKE!! It was an hour late so we called and they said it was on the way. They lied. 40 minutes later we called again. And this time they said it would now be another 25 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, this rude man came in with our food and said he would give us a discount to the credit card payment we had already made. Ok, so we finally go to eat the food, my lasagna was about 3in × 3in inside about 9×9 round pan that was filled with marinara. It tasted like a frozen lean cuisine meal. They didn't even give me the garlic bread that comes with it, so that I could soak up the lake of sauce. My husband's calzone was not completely cooked, and it was missing cheese inside. I went to call them back and they never answered my call and it went to a voice mail box that was full. Ha! What a sham! And I still haven't received a discount.
