Little Caesars

Pizza is always overcooked, old and recooked with burnt cheese and this last time I ended up getting food poisoning which is where I draw the line. I get that it was busy and there was literally only one person working but not having staff and help is what causes incidents like this and cross contamination. Never going back here again. Do better.

They never answer the phone, and even when you go inside they make you feel like you are bothering them. I usually love little cesears but this particular location does not adhere to their schedule nor provide basic customer Service, don’t bother calling ! Would love for this location to get to basic customer service.

Some of our order was a remake because the last pizza was under cooked. The young man at the counter was very helpful, the stuffed crust pizza was probably one of the best we've had! We also purchased Buffalo wings which were delicious, hotter than I care for but dipping it in ranch tamed that burn. Hot and extremely tasty! This store recently had management changes according to the employees. It seems like the change was perfect because everything was on point. Our pizza was still hot when we got home almost 15 min later! Customer service was exceptional!!

Would give it zero stars if I could. Had me standing for 20 min. They didn’t acknowledge I was there. Supervisor and manager where too busy talking in the back. 1 man ordered a hot and ready and it took 15-20 minutes just to get that. No customer service whatsoever. Will make sure not to come back to this location on my next visit to San Antonio
